Established as an expanded enlargement from PT Trakindo Utama”s Used Equipment Division & Rental Business, we have been entrusted by the concession owner and mining operation companies to explore and produce mining commodity from locations spread throughout Indonesia. To support our rapid growth, we are inviting qualified & dedicated candidates to join us in the role as:

Industrial Relation Superintendent

Summary of the Job:
1. Assist IR/ER Manager in resolving related to industrial relations problems.
2. Communicate and coordinate with the Site Management Team to ensure compliance to Company procedures and regulations.
3. Assist IR/ER Manager in preparing the complete documentation associated with the termination of employment at both bipartite, mediation or labor courts
4. Assist IR/ER Manager to negotiate and resolve employee relations issues, both at the corporate level, mediation and trial, if necessary
5. Monitor forum of employee communication of the company is well implemented.

General Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics, Management, Law or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years work experience in Industrial Relation prefeble in mining industry.
• Strong capability in interpreting Business Processes to the functions in Industrial Relations.
• Good Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking Skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal & written)
• Has strong Leadership capability
