We, PT. Bhimasena Power Indonesia, are a newly established foreign investment company, as the power plant that will supply for 2 X 1000 MW located in Central Java, Indonesia. We are the first coal-fired power plant IPP Project in Indonesia using Ultra Super Critical (USC) Technology, the cleanest and most environmentally-friendly coal-burning technology which is one of the largest in Asia.

HR ASSISTANT/MANAGER

Responsibility area/system:
• To Assist HR Manager in implementing Human Resources function in Field Area.
• To participate / conduct specific tasks outside of the above as instructed by HR Manager (such as recruitment & training development issues or industrial relation issues).
• To present complex HR issues in a clear and concise manner.
• To ensure synergy between HR processes /systems with the company SOP. This includes recommending and implementing any changes or adjustment in any HR SOP or other relevant company policies.
• To compile, document, standardize, maintain & improve procedure & processes for HR activities of all HR department.

Requirements:
• Education Background: Min. Bachelor Degree major in Psychology, Management, or any other bachelor degree.
• At least 5 (five) years of experiences in Human Resources, with min. 2 (two) years in a HR managerial function.
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia).
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Good knowledge and basis to understand as well as able to apply Human Resources knowledge and skills covering Industrial Psychology, Employee and Organization Development, Personnel Admin, Industrial Relation, and Human Learning issues.
• Experience in managing, designing and implementing HR Policies is a strong advantage.
• Mastery manpower laws in daily business applications practices included but not limited to liaise with Manpower Authorities.
• Wiling to be located in Batang, Central Java.

HSE MANAGER

Responsibility area/system:
• Supervise the development, management and implementation of safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance as mandated by national agencies, including international standards where legislated in the absence of local legislation.
• Oversee the management, implementation and coordination of the Company safety program to reduce or eliminate occupational injuries, illnesses, deaths, and financial losses.
• Develop accident-prevention systems and programs for incorporation into operational policies of the Company.
• Manage the response and investigation of incidents and safety observation cards, and take action in order to mitigate potential safety, health, and environmental risks.
• Prepare and implement project specific HSE Plans, Emergency Response Plans and other associated documentation to meet tendering and operational requirements.
• Oversee and supervise HSE training for all staff.
• Maintain company HSE manuals and documentation.
• Chair monthly HSE meetings, and follow up on actions and outcomes.
• Lead project risk assessments, safety briefings, and safety workshops.
• Performe scheduled HSE inspections and audits of company facilities and vessels.

Requirements:
• Education Background: S1 Degree in Engineering/OHS or any relevant discipline from reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in managerial level, candidates with power plant operation job background is preferable.
• Understanding of HSE Legislation and Management Systems.
• Computer literacy Microsoft Office, fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Wiling to be located in Batang, Central Java.

PROJECT OFFICER/LIAISON OFFICER

Responsibility area/system:
• Responsible on preparation of proposing permits as per targeted.
• Responsible to support permit data maintenance and early warning of permits that need to be renewed.
• Responsible to monitor the process and progress of submitted permit documents to authorities.
• Act as liaison with authorities in relation with permits arrangement and other COO related activities.

Requirements:
• Min. S-1 Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline from reputable university.
• Willing to work on contract or permanent basis
• Having min. 2 years relevant work experience in administrative/legal/governmental issues preferable.
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Indonesia)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Experience in multi-tasking job with minimum supervision.
• Work Location: Jakarta.

ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE OFFICER

Responsibility area/system:
• Preparation of Financial Statements.
• Maintenance of Financial Model.
• Cost analysis, budgeting and management reporting.
• Monitor loan covenant and handle reporting requirements under Project Finance.
• Any task assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
• Min. S-1 Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable university.
• GPA min. 3.00
• Having min. 2 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English and Indonesia).
• Familiar with financial statements.
• Good in excel to develop cashflow models.
• Work Location: Jakarta.

PROCUREMENT SENIOR OFFICER

Responsibility area/system:
• Plan, organize, and control procurement activities in assigned business unit (s) and report to Procurement Manager.
• Provide support on Company’s Procurement Proses: Prebid, Pre Award and Post Award activities for Goods & Services requirements.
• Develop procurement strategies and process in accordance with Company Policies & Procedures.
• Develop tender documentation, Co-ordinate input from user groups and provide contractual terms and conditions applicable to the services.
• Prepare the qualilfied bidders list thru the prequalify process in order to obtain acceptable quality, acceptable delivery time and best price in accordance with company’s policy and procedures
• Manage the tender evaluation process including interviews & negotiation with potential contractors where necessary.
• Liaises with Legal, Insurance, EHS and Finance Departments with regard to maintaining contractual and commercial requirements and updates there of.
• Provide contractual and commercial assistance to the respective user and Finance department in invoicing process.
• Prepare and maintain the contractor evaluation report, Performance Bond and Insurance Bond during contract period, Change Order and Contract Close Out.

Requirements:
• Min. S-1 Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline from reputable university.
• Having min. 5 years Contract, Procurement or Purchasing Management work experience.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Contract, Procurement or Purchasing Management.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skill.
• Required language(s): English, Japanese language skill will be added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English and Indonesia).
• Experience working with Oil and Gas, Power, Mining or Infrastructure projects will be added advantage.
• Wiling to be located in Batang, Central Java.

PROCUREMENT, FORMALITIES & EXPEDITER OFFICER

Responsibility area/system:
• Coordinating submission of Master List and supporting documents include monitor the process of Master List in Ditjen Migas and Ditjen Bea Cukai. Check PIB, Shipping Documents. Check HS Code. Monitoring the customs clearance processing. Follow up and monitor the Master List realizations.
• Monitoring the local/import materials/equipment delivery to ensure the materials/equipment are delivered on time. Check and review weekly Expediting Status Report. Update weekly Material/Equipment Schedule. Update weekly Material/Equipment Schedule. Update weekly Material/Equipment on Site.
• Coordinating with Contractor-Project Procurement Manager, Expediter and Warehouse to ensure the material/equipment receive on time. Check and filling Material Receiving Report documents.
• Reviewing and checking Handover Material for: commissioning, 2 years spare part, surplus material ex-Master List, permanent material.

Requirements:
• Min. S-1 Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline from reputable university.
• Having min. 5 years relevant work experience.
• Willing to work on contract basis.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English and Indonesia).
• A team player and experience working with Oil and Gas, Power, Mining or Infrastructure projects will be added advantage.
