CORPORATE SECRETARY

Job Responsibility Corporate Secretary:

• Ensure compliance obligations under applicable laws and the requirements of public company regulatory authorities are met;

• Maintain and expand relationships with capital markets, shareholders and mass media;

• Act as counselor to top management regarding corporate actions and public relation activities;

• Strengthen Company image based on research and analysis, then propose the strategic view as well as implement the agreed road map;

• Represent the Company in public forum and managing media publication to maintain Company good image;

• Liaise with management inside or outside group on board governance issues;

• Supervise secretariat day to day operations, i.e board meetings, shareholders meetings, meeting documentation and records, etc;

Job Requirement Corporate Secretary:

• Min. Bachelor Degree;

• Must have minimum of 5 years experiences as Corporate Secretary in Public Companies;

• Hands on capital market process and regulations;

• Comprehensive understanding of all types of corporate actions and activities;

• Strong capability in handling and gaining public trust through positive public relation approach;

• Computer literate, high level of proficiency in the latest office technology;

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

• Mature and fast learner

• Good command in English both oral and written;

• Strong attention to details, good self management and well organized;

General Affair Officer

Job Responsibility General Affair Officer

1. Office and building management include but not limited to:

a. Building inspection;

b. Building maintenance such as damage prevention, repairing, coordinate with building management or vendor;

c. Monitor and lead housekeeping, reception, driver and security;

d. Room utilizations and room scheduling;

2. Asset management such as building, computer, machine, manage company/operational car include its legal aspects, maintenance, and insurance;

3. Direct administrative activities of billing and payment regarding office operations such as office stationaries, pantry supplies, phone, rental, etc;

4. Manage day to day procurement activities

5. Assist other employee related with office support operations

Job Requirement General Affair Officer:

1. Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably with enginering background;

2. Experienced in General Affair for min 3 years;

3. Good communication, negotiation, administrative, and problem solving skill;

4. Proactive and able to work under pressure;

5. Good in managing/coordinating related parties and needs minimum supervision;

6. Good command in Microsoft Office is a must;

7. Familiar with basic programming is an advantage;

8. Good command in English both oral and written;

9. Familiar with company licence and permits.

Accounting & Tax Staff

Job Responsibility Accounting & Tax Staff

• Review overall journal transaction;

• Prepare & input overall non-cash transaction to general journal entries;

• Prepare lists and/or details of account balances and make reconciliation to ensure its compliance with financial statement;

• Reconcile SPT to general journal;

• Maintain transaction supporting documents;

• Verifying information and developing spreadsheet report to analyse options and information;

• Prepare periodic financial statement (monthly & annual);

• Responsible for data closing at the end of the month;

• Support annual audit by providing informations, documents, and answers to the auditor;

• Assist in annual budgeting;

• Any other related work in accounting and tax.

Job Requirement Accounting & Tax Staff

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent;

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;

• Good knowledge in accounting and familiar with Indonesia tax and accounting regulations;

• Hold Tax Brevet A & B certificate would be preferable;

• Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines;

• Able to work in detail and routine;

• Have a strong willingness to learn something new;

• Able to work individual and team;

• Have a capability to generate and analyze financial statement;

• Computer literate and familiar with Accounting Software (familiar with NAV is an advantage);

• Fluent in English both oral and written.
