1. Position Title: Vessel Assurance Engineer

Scope of Work

Coordinate the vessel assurance activities for the project

Responsibilities

• Technical compliance of hired fleet and suitability for EPC and project requirements inclusive of international standards

• Maintain a vessel assurance auditing schedule including current status of all vessel

• Coordinate all marine vessel audits & inspections required for the project

• Provide notifications for all types of vessel Audits (Marine Warranty Survey, ENI, SKK Migas, SIMOM and EPC Vessel Assurance)

• Maintain a detailed database of all vessel documentation including data sheets, certificates and statutory documentation

• Expedite closeout of all marine vessel audits and provide the status

• Support EPC foreign flag vessel importation with respect to required inspections, certificates and statutory documentation

• Coordinate with COMPANY marine and logistics team on statutory documentation and certification

• Follow up specific vessel inspections related to Indonesian regulations such as SIMOM etc

• Liaise with hired vessel owner to ensure project requirements are met and ensue efficient cooperation and work flow for the project.

• Monitor and audit  hired fleet during mobilization

• Control hired fleet crew suitability including HSE and certification

Other Requirements

- must have marine background

- knowledge of Indonesian Oil and Gas regulations a big advantage

- candidates who have worked as marine warranty surveyor for companies like Breamer Falconer, Global Maritime, DNV, ABS

Contract Duration : 6 months

2. Position Title: Civil Engineer

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering

• Fluent in English (both writing or spoken)

• Fluent in STAAD Pro. Application

• Max. 3-5 years experiences as Civil Engineer, Prefer in Oil and Gas Industry

• Prefer for candidates who can join this month (as soon as possible)

Contract  : min. 3 months

3. Position Title: Jr. Expediter position

Requirements :

• Contract : 12 Months (under 3rd party agency)

• Min Bachelor Degree in Logistic / management or any major with related min. experience 3 years.

• Preferably have experience in same position(Expeditor) in EPC Industry.

• Familiar with custom will be an advantage.

• Have good communication skill and able to communicate with vendor.

• Fluent in English (oral & written)

4. Position Title: Masterlist Coordinator

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree from logistic management or any major with experience related Logistic Officer.

• Min. Experience in Logistic (handling Masterlis) is 3 years.

• Fluent in English (oral & Written)

• Preferably having experience handling Masterlist in Oil & Gas Project preferably from EPC industry.

• Familiar with Ms. Excel.

• Contract : 12 Months (under 3rd party agency)

5. Position Title : Technical Expert Business Development

Description

This contractor position is on a temporary basis and will be located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Negotiates and manages contracts and manages relationships for assigned capital projects from conception through execution and completion.  Responsible for post contract administration and management of certain contracts relating to the obligations and duties of both parties.

Minimum Qualifications

• Law degree from accredited university and at least twelve (12) years’ experience in transactional law practice including material experience negotiating contracts and agreements.

• Knowledge of the principles and practices of commercial contracts drafting and supervision of outside counsel.

• Must be a self-starter that can pursue a project agenda with minimal supervision and negotiate international agreements in a confident manner.

• Work involves frequent travel, international assignments, and relocation to the site of work

• Proficient in the use of personal computers in a business environment. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, essential

 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large industrial construction projects and negotiation

• Working as a team member  (Client, EPCM & Contractors)

• Comfort living in foreign countries and ability to travel at short notice

• Worked overseas

6.  Position Title: Buyer

• Contract : 12 Months (under 3rd party agency)

• Min Bachelor Degree in Logistic / management or any major with related experience 3-7 years only.

• Preferably have experience in same position in EPC Industry.

• Have good communication skill and able to communicate with vendor.

• Fluent in English (oral & written)
