Position 1 – SCM Specialist- ID68987872
Job Description:
ABB's Motion business is largest supplier of drives and motors globally. We provide customers with the complete range of electrical motors, generators, drives and services, as well as mechanical power transmission products and integrated digital powertrain solutions.
Reporting to the Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
• Designing and implementing plans for local sourcing to reach the business targets.
• Supporting regional and global sourcing initiatives as required, when working for GBS center, specifically tasks related to sourcing, like e-sourcing activities.
• Applying and implementing SCM standards, tools and processes to secure quality, delivery, cost and sustainability.
• Creating and updating reports as required, following the ABB standards.
• Executing and implementing new directions within the area of responsibility.
• Executing effective and transparent communication internally, externally and between different units and centers and creating PO to internal and external vendor.
• Performing vendor evaluation and selecting vendor based on ABB process and procedures.

Requirement:
Key requirements include:
• A Bachelor/Master’s degree in Management.
• More than 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, SAP.
• Demonstrated negotiation and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
Position 2 – Local Business Line Manager - ID69085516
Job Description:
ABB's Industrial Automation business offers a range of solutions for process and hybrid industries, including our industry-specific integrated automation, electrification and digital solutions, control technologies, software and advanced services, as well as measurement and analytics, marine and turbocharging offerings.
Reporting to the Asia Hub Manager in Singapore, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
• Implement the global Business Line strategy in Indonesia and provide input to Hub Manager as required.
• Ensures achievement of established targets through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed. Deliver operational/project targets to ensure customer satisfaction and improve net promoter score.
• Leads and manages the production units as allocated by the business line and implements local business plans to achieve targets. Improves manufacturing technology and competence in line with Business Line/Product group strategy. Executes the sourcing strategy in line with Business line strategy and processes. Manages all SCM requirements to meet targets.
• Executes Business Line/Product Group operational excellence strategy and quality standards. Drives executional excellence across all products/projects/services and processes through target setting, monitoring and benchmarking for innovative processes.
• Maintains compliance with quality standards and develops systems for capturing, monitoring and improving day to day operations.
• Drives productivity, delivery performance and cost optimization. Oversees all marketing and sales activities within the local business line.
• Supports execution of global R&D projects by providing and developing R&D competencies. Ensures project delivery and achieves agreed project targets.
• Implements and ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution. Shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.

Requirement:
Key requirements include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• More than 15 years of experience with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in team management.
