1. Position Title: Risk Analyst

Jakarta, 24 months

• At least a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering.

• Has experience 5 (five) years’ experience as Process Risk Engineer in offsite, utilities and offshore facilities in refinery

• Has minimum 7 (five) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).

• Working with the PMC, CONTRACTOR and COMPANY Risk Managers to establish an effective network and profile for Project risk management activities.

• Prepare a risk management plan together with related procedures, practices, register and reporting formats, etc.

• Organize and carry out initial risk assessment workshops to identify, analyze and evaluate initial Project risks and risk treatment/mitigation measures and actions

• Work with PMC Project Controls personnel to identify schedule sensitivities and critical path activities that could cause potential major impact to Project progress, and reporting these to PMC, CONTRACTOR and PERTAMINA senior management teams for focused attention on these areas.

• Maintain a rolling program of risk assessments at regular intervals throughout the Project lifecycle to update old and identify new risks.

• Formal analysis of key Project risks to consider the potential impact on Project cost and schedule and report to PMC, CONTRACTOR and PERTAMINA senior management teams.

• Identify positive Project improvement opportunities by analysis of the Project critical path/s, value engineering proposals, etc.

• Identify areas of concern with respect to Project progress, recommend corrective actions wherever required and implement these when directed by PERTAMINA.

• Participate in Project progress meetings and value engineering and improvement workshops.

• Update and prepare risk management procedures and work practices, as appropriate.

• Provide notification of any potential commercial threat or opportunity to the Project to PMC Risk Manager and PMC Project Manager for further action.

2. Position Title: Field Engineer

Gresik, 12 months

Assists construction engineers in a broad range of construction engineering work within a specific engineering discipline for a particular area of the project. Provides engineering assistance to superintendents, directs assigned personnel in meeting cost and time schedules, verifies materials, equipment, and quality and assures results meet design requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides engineering assistance to superintendents, verifies materials, overview of contractors, equipment, workmanship, and assures results meet safety, quality, schedule and cost in regards to design requirements.

• Coordinates with other discipline engineers in a broad range of construction engineering work for a particular area of the project.

• Provides technical assistance to the Civil Superintendent and crafts; -Performs inspections and documentation of all civil work in progress on a continuing basis.

• Assist supervision and project controls in preparation of quantity tracking and schedule.

• Executes field takeoffs from issued design drawings.

• Provides verification of quantity tracking applications and reports weekly installed quantities to Project Controls.

• Prepares material requisitions for permanent and temporary materials; -Assist field procurement in inspection and receipt of materials; -Structural Steel bolting, erection, fabrication requirement per Structural Steel code.

Job Qualifications:

• Must have 2-3 years of experience with Mining Company.

• BS in engineering or construction management with a minimum of 5 years of experience OR in lieu of a degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy industrial construction.

• Previous field engineer experience on a large-scale construction projects

• Preferred Expertise in large copper production and related facilities over USD 100 Millions

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa.

Preference:

Preferred local Gresik or Surabaya Hire

3. Position Title: Earthworks Equipment Supervisor

Gresik, 12 months

Essential Function

• Capable of recording equipment such as dump trucks trips on site location (Manually)

• Understand civil earthwork activity (familiar with earthwork equipment such as dozer/ dump trucks/ excavators/compactors/ etc)

• Understand construction works in general such as foundation/ compaction/ welding/ piping/ electrical and mechanical type of works

• Able to read construction drawings and engineering reports

• willing to work full time on the field (at least 85% of shift on the field, 15% do reporting)

• flexible to work day or night shift

Qualification

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa.

• Preferred Expertise in large copper production and related facilities over USD 100 Millions

• Minimum Degree of Senior High School

• 10 years experiences in construction project.

• Diploma degree or Strata 1 Degree is preferred

Preferred local Gresik or Surabaya Hire

4. Position Title: Document Controller

Balikpapan 24 months

• Willing to work in Construction Area

• Perform document control services on various projects in accordance with the Company document management systems, controls, processes and procedures. Also, any project specific or other regulatory requirements.

• As required, receive, enter, transmit and file project documentation including the Company, client and third-party documentation.

• Ensure all project documentation is processed, transmitted and filed in accordance with the relevant document management system, and easily be retrieved in an accurate and timely manner.

• Ensure all current and relevant documentation is uploaded to the document management system or project websites as required.

• Handover, closeout and archive project documentation on time and in accordance with project requirements.

• Assist with the improvement of the project document control processes and procedures.

• Assist with Administration task as and when requires

5. Position Title: Change Management Officer

Jakarta 13 Months

• 7+ years of working experience in

• Review of bidding/construction/ contract documents,

• Project programming to ascertain the project scope of work,

• Project value engineering,

• Project cost estimating,

• QS for Electrical, Instrumentation, Structural, Mechanical, Piping and Civil, Variation Order

• Integration of scope changes and What-If Scenarios to identify potential savings and or recovery to schedule durations and costs.

• Develop and update Project Schedule using Primavera P6.

• At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree

• At least minimum 5 (five) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.

• Capable to complete change management assessments and able to apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative

• Capable to identify and create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan manages anticipated resistance

• Capable to track and report issues and define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

6. Position Title: Senior Officer HSSE Lawe-Lawe

Balikpapan 43 months

• Willing to work in Balikpapan/Lawe-lawe

• At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering field.

• Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old.

• Has minimum 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).

• Has experience as HSSE Officer in ISBL Process Unit

• Has Experience in Performing Coordination with Client and Construction Site on HSSE Issues in ISBL Process Unit

• Has Experience in Performing Construction Sites Safety Management and Establishment of HSSE management plan & procedures

• Has experience in HSSE management system

• Has an excellent knowledge of International Standard such as :

a. International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14000

b. Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18000

c. American Petroleum Institute (API),

d. National Fire Protection Association (NFPA)
