1. Civil And Geotechnical Engineer

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor degree

• Minimum 10 years experience in related position

• Experience in soil designing work such as soil and pile bearing capacity, slope stability, deep excavation, soil improvement, sheet pile design, etc

• Experience in using geotechnical software such as Geo5, Plaxis, or any other soil engineering software.

• Proficient in English

2. Organization Development Assistant Manager

Qualifications

• Master degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology

• Minimum 8 years experience in Organization Development

• Experienced in people management and organizational development

• Able to applied strategic and analytical thinking and its execution to set direction and design future development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to a new culture and environment effectively

• Proficient in English
