DEPARTMENT HEAD - INDUSTRIAL RELATION

Objectives of this position is to act as a middleman between the labour force and management to create constructive and conducive working environment.

Qualification:

• Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree of Law from reputable university

• Possess a minimum of 5 years working experience in the same position, preferably from mining and energy-related industry

• Possess strong experience in dealing with labour force, handling industrial dispute, and managing external communication

• Strong leadership, willing to work in Kalimantan

SECTION HEAD - INDUSTRIAL RELATION

Job Specification:

• Industrial relation, including PKB negotiation, labour union development, employee mapping

• External relation, including community, media, and government relations

Qualification:

• Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree of Law from reputable university

• Possess a minimum of 3 years working experience in the same position, preferably from mining and energy-related industry

• Strong leadership, willing to work in Kalimantan

SENIOR OFFICER - INDUSTRIAL RELATION

Kualifikasi:

• S1 dari jurusan Hukum

• Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di area Hubungan Industrial

• Memiliki pengalaman dalam menangani kasus industrial seperti perundingan PKB, bipartit, tripartit termasuk Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik

• Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh area jobsite (Area Kalimantan)
