Below positions will be based in Jakarta; Indonesia.

Position – Sales Engineer- ID70260879

Your responsibilities

• Sells products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for Drive and Control BU.

• Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationship to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Preparing sales plans using company tools. Perform regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.

• Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.

• Identify and drive the development of new market / new account opportunities in the OEM & Water market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.

• Manages administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed.

• Prepares offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and the Marketing Manager. Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions

Your background

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical).

• Minimum experience of 1 year in industry sales.

• Preferable knowledge in general Industry especially Water and Motor & drives applications Skills

• Having strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skill (Fluent in English)

• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
