We are seeking experienced people for the following positions:

SUPERVISOR TYRE – 926455

(Sangatta)

Some of your duties will include:

• To monitor and control tyre operation, attain equipment target availability and provide services to the satisfaction of all tyres and users; Responsible for tyre repair and tyre fitter crew safety;

• Responsible to conduct tyre preventive maintenance list: front tyre replacement schedule, rim replacement schedule, tyre condition check on the unit in DOOD;

• Ensure the operated unit is assembled with appropriate tyre, rock ejector, tyre valve caps, valve bracket and bolt/nut;

• Monitor and maintain important tyre tools and equipment such as: pneumatic wrench, pneumatic torque tools, pneumatic grinding and buffing tools that all must be provided with maintained and clean air/water separator, pressure regulator and line oiler;

• Cooperate with tyre administration in performing inventory of tyres, rims and tubes stock every month: Preparing consumable spare such as tyres, rims and its component, repair good and tools as we as tyre tools.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Minimum Senior High School or TCI Apprentice graduate;

• Substantial experience in a similar or related role.

• Willing to work with roster 6:3

SUPERVISOR MECHANIC BIG DIGGER –  926397

Some of your duties will include:

• To ensure that the maintenance department goals are achieved, by following the procedures set out in the TGS

• Communication and reporting. Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of equipment repairs

• Ensure that all area supervisors’ accurately complete daily breakdown reports, supervisors shift report, PCR’s for submission the planning and administration. Ensure accurate breakdown hours information is provided

• Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failures

• Review operator’s checklist summary and mechanical inspection sheets; ensure submission to planning department with repair and parts recommendation. Ensure supervisors and mechanic raise recommended parts lists accurately to address all known work, breakdowns, and planned maintenance

• Planning and co-ordination of shut down work in cooperation with planning department. Ensure all repairs are carried out in a cost effective and timely manner

• Investigation and reporting of all accident damage to all equipment in the field and associated area, this includes operator abuse

• Ensure a safe working environment for all employee by ensure all activities are carry out according to the work procedures in the TGS and the Sangatta project management plan

• Ensure that there is no impact on the environment from the activities that are carried out to operate and repair equipment by ensuring that the procedures in the TGS and Sangatta Management plan are followed

• Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out in a safe, timely and cost effective manner

• Ensure all disciplinary actions are issued as required in accordance with the Sangatta mine regulations and maintenance departments’ rules

What skills and experience do you need?

• Applicants should have minimum Senior High School, Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Trade Specialist is preferred; Requires a minimum 5 years' professional experience in similar role as Supervisor Mechanic with relevant qualification in Mechanical HE Repair and Maintenance Supervision in the mining industry, planning of daily shut down schedule and breakdown repair;

• Mechanical & auto electrical repair experience in experience in Big Digger unit : Liebherr, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi ; handling diagnostic skill in all aspects of electrical repairs;

• Good leadership and people management skills preferably with training in staff supervision; have ability in resource planning and OHS&E supervision; logical thinking; excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in English; be able to operate computer; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills; Posses POP and (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification at Mine and Energy Department; be able to work on shift roster (day and night shift).

Some of your duties will include:

• Manage the Commercial, Infomine and Claim functions and reporting for the project management;

• Prepare monthly reports for review by Commercial and Project Managers;

• Manage the collection and collation of production data;

• Understand and maintain controls systems to allow accurate and timely financial reporting for the project;

• Maintain an awareness of the financial status of the project to ensure that costs are maintained and budgeted profits achieved;

• Learn and become familiar with the processes involved and initially assist in the preparation of monthly valuations; Learn and become familiar with the processes involved and initially assist in the preparation of the monthly JDE Forecast reports;

• Experience in quantity and financial modelling appropriate to task requirements; Good knowledge of spreadsheet and other computer application; JDE Forecasting systems;

SENIOR SUPERVISOR WELDING - 926416

Some of your duties will include:

• The scope of your role will include but not be limited to ensure all welding machines are in good working order and condition;

• Ensure all oxy-acet sets and hoses in good condition;

• Ensure all oxy-acet sets and hoses in good condition including flash back arresters and all oxy-acet equipment;

• Ensure all welding P.P.E is worn and in good condition; monitor welding consumables and maintain stocks;

EOI ENGINEER MINE PLANNING – 926367

Some of your duties will include:

• Assist to the Senior Engineer Long Term or Technical Management Representative to develop, implement and evaluate Technical Service Management, plans and programs to Thiess standard, client requirement and ISO standar;

• Assist to Senior Long Term Engineer to set up the project production target, controlling and monitoring the progress in related to client’s requirement;

• Provide the technical mine design, scheduling, monitoring function and data analysis for the mining operation by ensuring maximum productivities, coal recovery in the most cost effective safe manner, providing competent and professional long term mine planning;

• Involve as part of team member to implement the OHS and Quality as per government and Thiess standard.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Minimum of Bachelor degree of Mining Engineering with minimum of 5 years’ experience in open pit coal mining operation, previous experience at a mine site preferred and minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role as Engineer Mine Planning/ Long Term;

Some of your duties will include :

• Evaluate and analyse project performance data related to productivity, cost & safety utilising company’s standard systems in order to ensure data reliability;

• Contribute to the development of the short term detailed mine execution plans to integrate with the mining operations;

• Contribute to monitor and coordinate engineering activities to ensure efficient production of engineering plans to meet contract program requirements;

• Analyse and identify engineering problems in order to propose solutions and expedite actions regarding the client agreement where necessary;

• Review client plans and requests to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and understood and implemented;

SUPERINTENDENT WAREHOUSE – 926427

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible for the management of all Warehouse operations.

• Liaise with the Balikpapan and Jakarta Logistics department to efficiently expedite materials to site.

• Review and monitoring of all Store costing, receipts, issues, storage, allocation, and inventory levels.

• Communicate effectively with all parties on matters relating to receipts and deliveries of Spare Parts and/or operational materials on arrival.

• Ensuring that the best pricing and practices are put into place and monitored in relation to maximizing the best financial outcome for the Project.

• Daily communication with other departments in relation daily activities, expediting priorities, reviews, and reports.

• Liaise with Central Warehouse Balikpapan for the management of the JDE Warehouse Centralized Inventory Management.

• Management of all stock takes and reconciliation’s in relation to under / over.

• Monthly Store evaluations of Stock and Direct Charge Materials.

• Maintenance and distribution of KPI’s in relation to all Store Stock.

• Management of the Fuel and Oil requirements, shipping, receipts, and daily stock-takes, and reconciliation’s.

• Oversee processing and data entry of daily fuel, oil and plant returns and follow up input issues as required.

• Managing the end of month SMU Hours reconciliation (Forklift and LV).

• Managing the correction of daily cost committed, follow up with journal and reversing cost in the system

• Assisting Planning section in relation to correction on Work Order and any other financial issues.

• Lease with Site Admin Manager/Project Manager in all of financial issues.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Minimum of Degree qualification (S1) in any discipline; requires a minimum 5 years' professional experience in management role as Superintendent Warehouse with demonstrated Financial management, Cost administration, Inventory Control, Warehouse management and Logistic management skills;
