We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

WARRANTY OFFICER

(Assignment: Balikpapan)

This position is as part of Maintenance Team in Balikpapan with ultimate responsibility to assist, maintenance department in managing warranty management and major component off site repair, to develop and maintain document all processes, procedures, and method statements for warranty, management & component repair system within the Asset Management group.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with minimum 2 years experiences in Mining Industry or having international recognized trade qualification with minimum 3 years experiences

• Familiarity with Root  Cause Failure Analysis, good knowledge in rebuild components

• Has experience in maintenance management (Warranty Management) is preferred

• Have enough knowledge of Supply Chain Management (Warehousing) and Asset Finance Accounting

• Able to work in detail, time management, target oriented, good reporting and filing system

• Preferable able to communicate in English, minimal passive

• Excellent computer skill in Microsoft environment (e.g. Ms. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Able to show and maintain good attitude, open, honest, proactive, and respecting others

• Able to work in team, as well as in individual role.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of programs conform to official standard and requirements

• To follow up update warranty master

• To follow up every single warranty claim status 1st approval from site reviewed and processed in time

• To follow up every single warranty claim is assessed and checked to assure that all information’s are correct and all supporting documents are completed prior to the document submitted to Vendors

• Follow up progress status of claims to vendors and projects, to ensure the claims have been received or if claims requiring rework or other follow up

• Ensure that all returned or warranty parts are properly tagged and returned to vendor/dealer in time, total value of warranty claim rejected due to components were not returned in time over total claims submitted

• Follow up and manage documents warranty such as; Failure Analysis Report (FAR), Reman Technical Feedback Report (RTFR), Warranty Decision, Credit Note and process internal document such as; Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Credit/Debit Note

• Perform FMEA analysis and liaise with Maintenance Planning, Equipment Health & Asset Continues Improvement if any required enhance PM and PMR templates or worksheet

• To manage reason for warranty rejection recorder in SAP and reported to respective department

• Conduct physical inspection for warranty component repaired with vendor, discuss with vendor for root cause of failure and provide recommendation/report for reference decision

• Provide WER Component Inspection Report after joint physical inspection for component repaired with vendor, as initial Failure Analysis Report.

TYRE SUPERINTENDENT

(Assignment: Balikpapan)

Provide engineering support in tyre management and actives from tyre selection/specification for each site; maintaining tyre register; support preparing forecast tyre usage for all projects; supervise tyre & rim maintenance and service on site; tyre & rim failure analysis; recommendation for improving tyre life and cost effectiveness; liaise with tyre principles, distributors, & service providers; support tyre claim warranty recommendation & implementation of new technology, conduct site audit/review tyre performance regularly.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma 3 in Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with 1-3 years experiences in Mining Industry or having international recognized trades qualification with minimum 5 years experiences

• Has good knowledge of Tyre management software suh as TTC, entire, Fleetaid, etc.

• Has good knowledge with haul road analysis, TKPH, tyre selection and management

• Has good capability to perform Tyre Failure Analysis

• Has good knowledge of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management systems and standards

•  Is competent in use of Ms. Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access

• Have good spoken and written English language skills

• Very good in managing reports (management system, technical documentation, etc.)

• Willing to travel to all site locations within the company

• Has good knowledge of weight scale

• Deep understanding supply chain workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and control tyre & rim registers for all sites, complete information of tyre serial number, fitment date, tyre hour, etc.

• Provide tyre selection analysis and study for each project and review regularly as necessary

• Forecast tyre requirements and costs in future operation by considering mining plan scenario, regular re-forecast period to update parameters & assumptions

• Provide monthly tyre allocation per brand (Michelin, Goodyear, Bridgestone, etc.) and liasise with procurement for order tyre every month

• Review & monitor tyre maintenance practices & quality on site, propose improvement initiatives, liaise with tyre service provider and maintenance crew on site

• Liaise with site team in providing inspections related to tyre and rim repair process; ensure all salvageable tyres and rims are repaired according to OEM standards

• Provide tyre & rim failure and scrap analysis and follow up with necessary action including warranty claims and or recommendation

• Liaise between Petrosea (Asset, Mining, SCM) and Rental companies, Tyre Principles, and Distributors related to tyre contract management

• Provide analysis (report), monitor & review all indicators that will effect tyre performance i.e. haul road condition, truck speed, payload distribution, and inform to relevant people such as mining operation

• Provide improvement initiative and new technology improvement for increasing tyre life and performance and cost effectiveness

• Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standards and requirements.

TREASURY SUPERINTENDENT

(Assignment: Head Office)

Ensure and monitor day-to-day Cash Management and Treasury function, including funding, credit, management, forecasting, and execution of the plan & improvement in order to meet the company’s standard procedures and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) Accounting or Finance from reputable university

• Min. 4 years experiences in Finance & Accounting

• Understanding of finance and accounting system (computerized)

• Understanding the business process of company, project management, safety policies, and management system

• Good analytical thinking, attention to details, English literacy

• Having good communication skill.

Responsibilities:

• Control and monitor the receipt, custody, control and disbursement of funds and securities and supervise the organization’s banking, credit and investment functions

• Assist for monitoring cash flow and working capital especially the receivables as well as converting unutilized cash into term deposit with staggered period to ensure that cash flow requirements

• Monitor the performance and security of credit, working and depository accounts held with local and international banking and investment institutions

• Plan the short-term financial requirements; maintain cash management programs; and participate in the financial planning process

• Liaise with external parties (Company Bankers, Financial Institution, and Financial Regulator) in maintaining positive and long term working relationship in order to ensure compliance & continuous availability of funding lines.

SENIOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER

(Assignment: Head Office/Site Based)

Manage, monitor, control, and analyze operation data, processes, procedures, and performance onsite to ensure mining improvement processes and tasks are in line with organization goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical or Industrial

• At least 4 years working experiences in open cut mining operations especially at Continuous Improvement section

• Strong knowledge on Improvement Method (Six Sigma)

• Strong computer skills, preference is competent using statistical software application such as MINITAB

• Strong on analytical (multi variance data) skills and Problem Solving skills

• Excellent in communication skill with English and Indonesian, verbal and written

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Willing to be based at the company’s mine sites

• Good understanding of Mining Business Process

• Demonstrated ability to influence others and lead change.

Responsibilities:

• Promotion of HSE program targeting zero work related injuries and illnesses

• Coordinate with others function/department head to ensure improvement processes and implementations are running well and follow timeline in onsite

• Analyze operational data (such as VHMS, PLM, VIMS, MIC, OpsDB, FMS and etc.) to determine performance or cost issues and work toward solution which can be delivered to the project

• Work in a team and set up benchmarking criteria by which improvements can be measured

• Ensure a specific method/ discipline to measure the gap between current process capabilities with the project's goals is developed and followed up

• Ensure systems to maintain the Improvement processes are established and adjust the project strategy action plans as required

• Coaching, mentoring, and facilitating all departments on site in achieving improvement targets and projects goal.

SECRETARY

(Assignment: Head Office)

Use independent judgement to provide timely and effective secretarial support to an office, business unit, department, in order to support administrative matters and participate in contributes the success of the respective function.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma degree (preferable in Administration / Secretary)

• Minimum 2 years experiences in secretarial duties

• Willing to work extend hours due to project requirements

• Computer literate

• Fluent in English (Verbal and Written).

 Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain hard copy and electronic filing system as well as document confidentiality to provide administration support in accordance with Petrosea procedures

• Organize and manage meetings take minutes at those meetings to ensure meeting efficiency

• Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications/ reports and presentations to ensure all publications/reports and presentations materials are complete and ready to use

• Organize and schedule arrangements for team member, including air travel and expenses claim reimbursement to provide secretarial assistance

• Present general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and maintain stationary supply in order to provide administration assistance

• Monitor and maintain office area in order to keep office area clean and tidy

• As requested by General Manager HSE to handle HSE system support officer job as required

• Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

PRODUCT OWNER

(Assignment: Head Office)

Leading and developing a team of Product Owners to ensure the vision of the portfolio of products is clearly articulated.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Management, Master or Management, Computer Science or Information Technology from reputable University

• Hold a Certified Product Owner (CSPO) is another strong point and/or SPO (SAFE Product Owner) or PM (Product Manager) preferred experience

• Experience in Senior or Middle Position/Role as Product Owner at least 4 years with 2+ years of experience in Agile software development approach

• Represent Business to Development teams, Groom Product backlog, Prioritize Requirements, Create User stories with acceptance criteria, Participate in daily scrum work and maximize Product value

• Provide Product Requirements and influence Product Roadmaps for Quality Retrospective and Prospective initiatives

• Work closely with Product Strategy, Operations, Quality Assurance and Development teams to ensure Customer problems are solved

PROCUREMENT ENGINEER

(Assignment: Head Office)

 

Prepare, process, control, and monitor the Purchase Order (PO) and Contract until goods and/or services delivered completely to Requestor Project. Closely coordinate within Procurement group, Logistics, and Project Management group in efficient and effective in order to support company in terms of delivering good practice (QCDSM) to Supply Chain Management process which conforms to business ethics and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in various discipline of Engineering major

• Minimum 5 years experiences in Procurement/Purchasing area

• Good knowledge of quality the materials according to international standard specifications

• Good communication & negotiation skill

• Sound knowledge of SCM (having knowledge of export import regulation, project management and/or contract management are advantages

• Excellent computer skill in Microsoft environment and other related applications

• Fluent in English, both oral and written

• Time manageable, target oriented and able to facing under pressure and urgent basis

• Good behaviour, open, honest, and proactive person

• Able to maintain teamwork

• Willing to work beyond office hour as and when required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct procurement tender process from end to end process, starting from vendor assessment, bidder list, invite meeting, request for quotation, clarification, evaluation, negotiation, award, contract, purchase order, expedite delivery, monitor vendor performance, monitor invoicing process until completion process

• Analyze and process incoming Tender (RFQ) document to ensure that material are correct in grade, standard, quantity, size, and type against drawing or MTO received

• Search vendor and product (goods or services) as per specification required at locally and abroad sources

• Negotiate price, discount, delivery term, and other commercial and condition to achieve the best quality, cost, delivery, safety, and moral (QCDSM)

• Generate PO Evaluation Sheet (POES) or Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE)

• Generate Purchase Requisition (PR) to be Purchase Order (PO) through ERP system and issued the PO approval to vendor and ensure receive of PO acceptance from vendor

•  Prepare procurement status report and expedite PO and in order to provide excellence procurement service for user (requestor)

• Maintain commercial filling document (i.e. Quotation, PO, POES/CBE, NOA, LOI, MoM, Official Letter, etc.)

• Monitoring Procurement Contract process since Pre, Draft, and Post Contractual for various kinds of service, and coordination with legal how to develop and provide simple contract, complex contract, and also PVA

• Conduct Vendor Evaluation Performance (VPE), gather and compile accurate data and information vendor database in order to review of service level/quality of each vendor

• Actively contribute to a team culture where all employees are responsible for their own and co-worker safety, keep work area clean and tidy, take corrective action on all hazardous situations in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment at all times

• Uphold procurement business ethics and take ownership of every single deal for company benefit to ensure the adherence of overall company’s business ethics

• Maintain and implement HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

GEOLOGIST & GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER

(Assignment: HO/Site Based)

Provide geological and geo-technical support to mine planning and mining operations that ensure all planning based on an accurate process of reserves and optimization and perform geotechnical assessment, field monitoring, develop and produced standards in geotechnical related activities to ensure safe and environmentally reliable production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology or Engineering Geology or Engineering with specialization in Geotechnical Engineering

• Minimum 2 years experiences in mining or related area

• Specialist on Coal Mining

• Required to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines

• Capable & competence using Slide software

• Fluent in English and Bahasa, both oral and written

• Willing to be placed in Site Project and travel to others as requested.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate and process all necessary geological information to interpolate and define the basic geological model used in mine planning or client negotiations       

• Develop geological database, control variance, and updates model to assist accurate mine planning process

• Compile weekly and monthly report model and survey variance, analyze and recommend geological aspect for mine sequences and operations

• work with surveyors to monitor, calculate and control coal recovery measurement in order to develop database and coal mining operational applied to the procedure

• Contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a set of standard operating procedures to ensure that operations understand and operate in accordance with mine planning recovery parameters

• Review and analyze geotechnical report from client included parameters and design specification and recommend necessary technical advice if required

• Check and monitor report of slope stability and drain hole to ensure that the slope movement calculation is well identified and recorded properly

• Develop geotechnical awareness for mine plan engineers and  mining operations personnel related to proper process, implementation and safe operations

• Closely monitor work practices and face locations to ensure that operations are guided through any geological discontinuities or geo-technical complications that may affect mining performance

• Provide detail plan, report and arrange schedule of geotechnical audit and implementation control with consultant and internal in order to develop geotechnical system applied properly

• Monitor and review all water management plan and ensure all the parameters related to slope stability identified and provide for early recommendations

• Maintain a strong capability in the mine planning, geological and geotechnical software

• Minimize exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages

• Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements
