PT Semen Grobogan; 3 Positions

PT Semen Grobogan is a Cement Company with the head office located in Central Jakarta and the field located in Semarang - Central Java. For assignment in Semarang and ready to be assigned on site. Currently, we are looking for candidates with the following position requirements:

LOGISTIC MANAGER (Semarang Office)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the total needs of goods and supplies, procurement, and delivery of daily necessities for each item can be adjusted efficiently, effectively and on time.

• Manager and Develop  logistical budget and maintain operational activities efficiently and effectively according to the allocated budget.

• Understanding regulated, issue goods and make daily transaction reports: preparatory status reports, goods transaction reports, goods items, goods processing statistics, inventory control calculation reports.

• Review and  Report to BOD  weekly, monthly, annual reports.

• Strong Leadership and Managerial for Logistic manager responsibility and team work with other Departement.

Requirements:

• Minimum S-1 (any discipline)

• Minimum five teen (15) years experiences in similar.

• Good communication skills

• Able working under pressure.

• Able working without supervision.

• High level of computer literacy

• Have a good Leadership

• Willing to place at Semarang- Central Java

Scheduling & QA (Semarang Office)

Responsibilities:

- Organize, implement and maintain scheduling management system supporting identified projects and their plans.

- Log project timelines and maintain database of task and its status

- Log all new information into database and provide scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes

- Design and develop project schedule for internal or sub – projects

- Interact with project team and task managers to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules, cost information and identification of variances from original plan.

- Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.

- Analyze critical path and constrains to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommended work around

- Develop and update weekly schedule

Requirement:

Working Experience: min 5 years in Area of Project management or scheduling

Skills: MS Office suite, MS Project, Autocad

Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineer

Other Qualification: Experience working in the cement plants / projects.

Staff Marketing  (Semarang Office)

Coordinate with other parts of the Company in terms of customer service. compile and provide activity reports to the Marketing Coordinator regularly.

Receive consumer complaints and provide alternative solutions to resolve the problem

Experience :

• Fresh Graduate but preferable having experience as marketing

• Having knowledge of costumer relationship, product knowledge, logistic or transportation

Education

• Bachelor degree in business, or marketing

• high competency level in MS Office applications

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing staff has the following duties and responsibilities :

• Carry out management responsibilities in the field of service and sales of company products

• Enter into contracts with potential customers, offer products, both for existing quality and new types of quality

• sell company products and maintain relationships work with customers Check sales documentation documents that enter or exit and answer business correspondents

• Conduct checks on data and reports relating to PO receipt of goods in accordance with sales contracts

• Coordinate with the production and shipping department so that the number and results of production are received by customers in accordance with PO

• Evaluate payment status and evaluate late payment.
