PT IKM Indonesia is a subsidiary of IKM Testing Asia Pte Ltd, a major supplier for commissioning, inspection, testing, cleaning services both onshore (Refinery & Shipbuilding) and offshore industries in Asia.

Business Development Manager
Work location: Jakarta / Batam
Department: Sales / Business Development
Summary Position:
The key role of the Business Development Manager is to establish and manage the business development and sales activities for Indonesia. The main goal is to achieve short and long term business and financial objectives, and to increase sales and market share while maintaining the margin expectations of the region.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in in Business Management or in any Engineering discipline with 3-5 years of relevant business development experience in commissioning, inspection, testing both onshore and offshore industry.
2. Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
3. Possess solid presentation skills.
4. Have strong knowledge of PTK007 (Rev 4) and tendering process in Indonesia
4. Able to excel in teamwork environment.
5. Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization.
6. Proficient in English communication
7. Bring an entrepreneurial approach to all initiatives
