f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Preparation of maintenance plans for the Mechanical Balance of Plant systems, for mechanical scope of work based on Annual Budget and Operating Plan.

• Monitoring and controlling of maintenance performance in terms of minimizing down time, optimizing the costs, performing effective maintenance tasks, and continuously improving competency of maintenance team.

• Support in developing equipment criticality assessments for prioritizing the maintenance activities and determination of necessary spare parts.

• Analyze any defect and or abnormality report of the equipment to determine any corrective maintenance required to be taken.

• Managing the team in order to improve maintainability of the equipment.

2. Engineering Leader (Code: EL A1)

e. Work Experience : The Engineering Leader shall have had prior working experience in Engineering and/or  Maintenance Department in providing engineering services with at least 7 years or equivalent experience and possess the skills to deliver key tasks as mentioned below in the field of thermal power plant, having a unit capacity of at least 300MW.

f. Position Overview : The Engineering Leader supports the Engineering Manager in being custodian of plant design and provides plant systems and technical specialist support.  Developing of procedures to ensure the long-term plant health through the prudent functionality of the Engineering Department.

g. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Lead the team of engineering staff, in supporting the long-term health of plant equipment;

• Development and generation of necessary procedures regarding to plant engineering (e.g. coal combustion management);

• Maintaining Equipment management, including writing of plant change scheme specifications, while ensuring the application of effective codes and standards;

• Resolving technical deviations and investigating and developing the reports of any incidents (including coordination with the project owner’s TSA team);

• Support with technical evaluations of tender submissions;

• Assisting with the development of feasibility studies including return on investment;

• Providing plant monitoring and evaluation support of life-cycle evaluation and surveillance services;

• Administration of Computerized Maintenance Management System (MAXIMO);

• Provide training to Maintenance group members on the proper use of CMMS, and

• Coaching and mentoring of engineering staff in the development of skills for the effective plant management.

3. Electrical Supervisor (Code: ESV A1)

d. Education  : Minimum Diploma (D3), Bachelor Degree (S1) is preferable in Electrical Eng.,

e. Work Experience : Minimum 7 years’ experience in electrical maintenance of CFPP and 3 years in supervisory level, including sub-station facilities.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Preparation of maintenance plans for the electrical apparatus, such as LV/HV motors, LV/HV bus bars and switchgear, Generator including it’s IPB, Transformers, sub-station, emergency diesel generators and DC systems,  etc., based on Annual Budget Operating Plan

• Monitoring and controlling of maintenance performance in terms of minimizing down time, optimizing the costs, perform effective maintenance tasks, and continuously improving competency maintenance team.

• Support in developing equipment criticality assessments for prioritizing the maintenance activities and determination of necessary spare parts.

e. Work Experience : Minimum 7 years’ experience in C & I maintenance of CFPP and 3 years in supervisory level.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Perform and Supervise all Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) Work base on CMMS work order issued to Technicians and base on maintenance procedure and instruction, for the scope of C & I apparatus, based on Annual Budget and Operating Plan.

• Supervise and control quality and safety for contractors during Major Maintenance overhaul or outage work and daily maintenance work.

• Collect and keep all data record of repair, testing and measurement result of C & I equipments.

• Report all significant known operational, design, equipment deficiencies/defects to C & I Leader and record it into CMMS work order.

• Perform periodic maintenance inspections to identify and report status of equipment and system deficiencies.

e. Work Experience : Minimum 7 years experience at mechanical maintenance supervisory level or senior Technicians in power generation, especially Turbine and its auxiliary system

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Perform and Supervise all Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) Work base on CMMS work order issued to technicians and base on mechanical Turbine maintenance procedure and instruction.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Perform and Supervise all Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) required base on CMMS work orders and base on mechanical boiler maintenance procedure and instruction

• Carry out coordination to other Departments or sections in Maintenance execution Including emergency work

• Supervise and control quality and safety for contractors during Major Maintenance overhaul or outage work and daily maintenance

• Collect and keep all data record of repair, calibration, test and measurement result of equipments in Boiler Area

e. Work Experience : Minimum four (4) years or equivalent experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance Department in providing mechanical engineering services in the field of thermal power plant, or on chemical or petro plants.

f. Position overview : The Turbine Engineer supports the Engineering Leader in developing the Plant Equipment Criticality assessment for equipment related to Steam Turbine as the plant systems and technical specialist support personnel. They develop procedures to ensure the long-term plant health through the prudent functionality of the Engineering Department.

g. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Participating in the team of plant engineers, in supporting the programme in pursuit of plant long-term welfare

• Development and generation of necessary procedures covering plant engineering and change management aspects

• Writing of plant change scheme specifications, while ensuring the application of effective codes and standards

• Executing, monitoring and controlling CM, PM and PdM maintenance items based on plant criticality, in terms of minimizing down time, by proposing effective maintenance tasks

• Support of the Maintenance team members in resolving technical deviations and investigating and developing the reports of any incidences

• Support with the technical evaluations of tender submissions

e. Work Experience : Having 5 years Experiences for Senior High School Graduated or 3 years experiences for D3/S1 graduated in Power generation company or other Heavy industries. Having minimum 6 years working experiences as Technician Coal Firing power plant, mining company, or Bulk Handling Plant for CHP Maintenance Technician. Having Mill wright and rotating equipment maintenance skill will be an advantage.

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Undertake Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) Work base on CMMS work order issued by Supervisor and base on mechanical BOP/Boiler/Turbine/CHP maintenance procedure and instruction.

• Conduct routine function test of all of mechanical rotating parts/equipments in BOP/Boiler/Turbine/CHP Area as well as standard required.

• Report all significant known operational, design, equipment deficiencies/defects to BOP/Boiler/Turbine/CHP Supervisor and record it into hardcopy work order.

• Perform periodic maintenance inspections to identify and report status of equipment and system deficiencies.

• During mobilization period, take part in commissioning test and record it into database.

• Conduct of maintenance daily work with refer to Permit To Work (PTW) and BJS safety & environment rule.

• Conduct and maintain high standard for BOP/Boiler/Turbine/CHP maintenance work refer to quality, safety, efficiency and effectiveness concern.

10. Jetty Material Shift Staff (Code: JMSS A1)

a. Department  : Jetty and Material

b. Superior/User : Jetty Materials Supervisor

c. Subordinate  : -

d. Education  : Minimum Technical High School plus Power Plant study, Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree is preferable, in Mechanical Eng, Electrical Eng, Enviro Eng, Mining Eng.

e. Work Experience : Fresh Graduate 1-2 years’ experience in the position of Coal Handling Operations in a large-scale Thermal Electric Power Generation plant of Unit capacity of at least 300MW, or in a coal mine with production capacity in excess of three million tons per annum, or 1-2 years’ experience in the position of ship unloading operations for bulk materials

f. Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Preparation and periodical review of Standard Operation Procedures for Coal Handling Plant (CHP) including Stacker/Reclaimer/Ship Unloader.

• Patrol work and operation of CHP/ Ship Unloader, and Signalman for other Ship Unloader Operators.

• Provision of trouble shooting and/or proposals for improvements on CHP/ Ship unloader to the Jetty & Materials Shift Supervisor.

• Communicate to the jetty materials Supervisor for any findings of defect and or abnormality of CHP/ Ship unloader.

• Support for Ship unloader operation while receiving coal vessels.

• Patrol work and Operation of other Coal Handling Plant while not receiving coal vessels.

• Preparation and issue of work permits (PTW) on plant under control of J&M department as directed.

• Periodic secondment for training as Fire Fighting team member, whenever required
