CAREER OPPORTUNITY

A multinational Oil and Gas Company invites qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions. Candidate must be highly motivated professionals with good communication and leadership skills and attention to detail combined with pro-active and positive personality.

1. Chief Reservoir Engineer (CRE - 01)

Minimum Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering (Master degree is preferred) with at least 20-year experience in Upstream Oil and Gas (Exploration & Production), 5 years of which in Managerial positions.

Required Competencies:

• Expert reservoir engineer with significant hands-on experience in all aspects of reservoir engineering including "Classical" analysis, PVT, SCAL, pressure transient analysis, material balance analysis, reservoir simulation.

• Good understanding of G&G, RE, Production Systems Engineering, facilities, well design, petroleum economics and how these disciplines are inter-linked.

• Hands-on working knowledge of key software (Petrel, Eclipse, Kappa, Petroleum Experts IPM, etc).

• Strong background in reservoir engineering and pattern technical practices; reservoir characterization (PVT & SCAL), analytical, pressure transient and well performance analysis, oil and gas field reserve estimation (Volumetric, DCA, MBal).

• Proven track record working in carbonate mature field, understanding reservoir characterization and finding new opportunities development and infill wells to increase oil gas production.

2. Commercial Manager (CM – 02)

Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering (Master degree is preferred) with at least 20-year experience in Oil & Gas marketing and sales, 5 years of which in Managerial positions.

Required Competencies:

• Advance Negotiation Skill of O&G Sales, LPG marketing, commercial agreements.

• Advance Economic Analytical Skill.

• Understanding of authorization process and exposed in cooperating with SKK Migas, Ditjen Migas and Pertamina.

3. Tax Compliance Superintendent (TCS - 03)

Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting with at least 15-year experience (Master degree is preferred) in professional Taxation experience especially in Upstream Oil and Gas Industry.

Required Competencies:

 

• Tax rules of Upstream Oil & Gas Industry (PSC & Gross Split)

• Tax Compliance, Tax Audit, Tax Risk Management, Tax Planning/Restructuring and Tax Dispute Resolution (Objection at Regional Tax Office, Appeal-Lawsuit at Tax Court & Reconsideration at Supreme Court).

• Understanding of authorization process and exposed in cooperating with SKK Migas, Ditjen Migas, Tax Authority (DJP), Custom Authority (DJBC), and Fiscal Policy Agency (BKF).
