PT Panca Amara Utama (“PAU”) is a 700,000 MT per year ammonia initiative. Ammonia is a chemical compound used in the manufacture of fertilizer, explosives, acids and other petrochemical products. This USD 830 million project is built near Luwuk, Central Sulawesi. One of the biggest industrial project in Eastern Indonesia, PAU initiative supports the government’s directive to increase domestic value addition within the country.
PT PAU’s ammonia plant runs on KBR’s Reforming Exchanger System & Purifier Technology, the leading technology in Ammonia production. This represents its first application in the world, which puts Indonesia at the forefront of Ammonia production worldwide.
Construction began in June 2015 and the plant began commercial operations in September 2018.

8. External Relations Officer (Code: EXT-OFF)
Qualifications:
- Male/Female with age between 29 – 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major of social science
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as External Relations in Site/Remote area, preferably have working experience in community in various region
- Able to implement CSR & Community Development programs initiatives in area of education, healthcare, public, infrastructure, economy development & socio cultural
- Able to maintain good relationship with external: local community and government
- Fluent in English

9. Document Control Staff (Code: DOC-STAFF)
Qualifications:
- Male/Female with age between 28 – 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from Administration or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in project administration. Preferably from Engineering or Constructions industries
- Good administration and communication skills
- Well managed and have good interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English

10. Instrument Engineer (Code: INS-ENG)
Qualifications:
- Male with age between 28 – 36 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physics / Physics Engineering / Instrument
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in Ammonia plant / fertilizer / Oil & Gas companies as Instrument Engineer
- Fluent in English
- Placement in Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster system
11. Warehouse Lead (Code: WH-LEAD)
Qualifications:
- Male with age between 38 – 45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial)
- Minimum 20 years of working experience in management materials warehousing, preferably from Petrochemical company.
- Having experience as Assistant Manager Warehouse minimum 7 years
- Have knowledge in purchasing, inventory, material, warehouse management
- Able to manage more than 10.000 items in warehouse
- Fluent in English

12. Sr. Reliability & Inspection Engineer (Code: SRI-ENG)
Qualifications:
- Male with age between 40 – 48 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of working experience with a focus in reliability and inspection for Ammonia plant, Oil & Gas company, and/or Petrochemical facilities
- Involved in the engineering, fabrication, quality control (inspection, examination, and testing) of pressure vessel, tank, heat exchanger, piping, and steel structure
- Familiar with code & standard for design, fabrication and construction for pressure vessel, heat exchanger, tank, piping and pipeline
- Familiar with reliability-centered maintenance implementation
- Strong understanding in reliability & inspection activities
- Fluent in English

13. Process Manager (Code: PRC-MGR)
Qualifications:
- Male with age 40 – 48 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 20 years of working experience in Ammonia Plant or Petrochemical company. Preferably have experience with KBR technology
- Experience as Process Manager in previous company
- Fluent in English
- Placement in Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah with roster system
