We are mining and shipping industry group companies which located in Jakarta and site on Sulawesi, Sumatra, & Maluku. Now we are looking for professional and dedicated to be a part of our business as:

HRGA SUPERVISOR

Main Responsibility:

• Handling recruitment process by identifying candidate, conducting reference check, and issued employee contract

• Providing new employee's contract and induction to all new joiner

• Managing employee database (include the employee transferred, promoted, and terminated)

• Understand, preparing, and implement about SOP, job description, training & development, and management system

• Making and disseminating HRD regulations, policies and procedures that are right on target, and monitoring the implementation of HRD regulations, policies and procedures in the field

• Managing daily activities of HRD (monitoring employee attendance, overtime calculation, leave balance, etc)

• Managing relationships with External partners and public officer (ESDM, Depnaker, Immigrations, etc)

• Provide all necessary on site as General Affair

• Managing roster leave of employee

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree of Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or any relevant major with minimum GPA 3.0

• Required languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Indonesia

• Have minimum 5yr experience in HR Department

• Understand HR operational process flow (administration, recruitment, compensation & benefit, industrial relation)

• Understand about Manpower Regulation & Industrial Relation

• Experienced as HR or IR on mining company

• Experienced in managing foreign workers

• Familiar with the psychological test tools

• Have a good communication, strong analysis, and detail oriented

• Have an integrity, initiative, and able to work underpressure

• Willing to be placed on site (Morowali & Obi Island)

ACCOUNTING & FINANCE SUPERVISOR

Main Responsibility:

• Conduct a calculation, preparation and reporting of Accounting

• Prepare invoice billing documents along with the completeness

• Filing all transaction documents to maintain administrative order and facilitate document tracking

• Control and report corporate financial transactions

• Perform other work related to financial administration

• Responsible for analyzing financial information

Requirement:

• At least possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree of Accounting, Taxation, or equivalent

• Required languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Indonesia

• Have minimum 5yr experience in the same field

• Have knowledge of methods, practices, and terminology used in accounting, pertinent rules, laws, and policy regarding accounting methods

• Understanding the financial process flow and tax reporting

• Certified of Brevet A/B

• Familiar in handling financial matters with expatriates

• Independent, Initiative, high motivation, thorough, honest, easy going, fast worker, and able to work individually or in teams

• Proficient in Computer and Ms. Office

• Willing to be placed on site (Morowali & Obi Island)

MARKETING STAFF

Main Responsibility:

• Collecting information of Indonesia logistic market

• Looking for new client who own cargo need to be sent to other island

• Follow up the process and document from clients

• Communicate with clients during period of sending the cargo

• Update position of ship and condition of goods to clients

• Handling any issues need to be cooperated with clients

Requirement:

• At least possess a diploma (D3), majoring in Chinese Language, Marketing Communication, or equivalent

• Required languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Indonesia

• Have experiences in the same field especially mining & shipping will be advantage

• Communicative, easy going, and pleased to working mobile

CORPORATE SECRETARY

Main Responsibility:

• Supervise secretariat day to day operations, board meetings, shareholders meetings, meeting documentation and record, etc.

• Handling correspondences

• Managing diaries, organizing meetings, and appointments

• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

• Preparing reports, presentation, and correspondence

• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries

• Liaising with staff in other Departments

• Perform other general clerical duties

Requirements:

• Under 30 years old

• Required languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Indonesia

• Familiar in handling secretary matters with expatriates

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree

• Good looking and good communication

• Can work under tight schedule

• Must have minimum 3 years experiences as Secretary

• Comprehensive understanding of all types of corporate actions and activities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Good command in English both oral and written

• Strong attention details, good self-management and well organized
