Our main clients are in Oil & Gas, Power Generations, Chemicals & Petrochemicals (included Fertilizer and Pulp & Paper), Mining, General Industry, and Water Treatments. We are opening a vacancy the following position to support our business growth.

Position : Project Sales Manager

Placement : Jakarta

This essential role will responsible for achieving the new project orders, sales and shipment profit in line with yearly plan. The prime objective is to ensure that our products are on customer approved supplier list and that we are accepted as the preferred manufacturer/supplier. This will involve specification selling to all decision makers and influencers especially at EPC companies. This role requires strong technical knowledge in valves and piping system, strong communication skills to cold call and performs one on one and group presentations. The successful candidate for this role will develop and agree a sales plan with the Sales Director then implement it effectively through executing structured and outcome-based customer calls in line with the business strategy.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical or Instrumentation or equivalent engineering basis

• Minimum 5 years proven technical sales experience in valves, pipes, or related products

• Having strong relationship with main EPC’s in Indonesia

• Having strong knowledge of project tender process and documentations in EPC’s

• Having strong knowledge of related international standards

• Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, and time management skills

• Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook

• Have a valid driver license (SIM A)

Position  : Project Proposal Engineer

Placement : Jakarta

Duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Review project tender requirements as per client’s documents and establish the overall index of the whole Technical Proposal and review it with the Project Sales Manager

• Provide in time proposal with correct specification, price, and terms & conditions, and documentations

• Attend Technical Proposal discussions during proposal kick off and scope-review meetings with clients

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical or Instrumentation or equivalent engineering basis

• Maximum 3 years working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Preferred age less than 30 years

• Excellent attention to detail

• Use of initiative and ability to manage their time

• Proficiency in English is a must

• Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook

Position  : Application Engineer (Inside Sales)

Placement : Jakarta

This essential role is to support sales reps: to achieve new orders, maintain sales and shipment in line with yearly plan for products in the defined region. The prime objective is to satisfy our clients.  The successful candidate will interacts with clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. The position has a responsibility to support other departments with accurate and timely information in order to maintain a high level of customer service.

Duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Investigate and qualify all inquiries received (technically and commercially)

• Provide in time quotation with correct specification, price and terms & conditions

• Effectively monitor and follow up quotations

• Expedite customer orders

• Provide optimum solution to client’s problem or application

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/D3

• Maximum 3 years working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Preferred age less than 30 years

• Excellent attention to detail

• Use of initiative and ability to manage their time

• Proficiency in English is a must

Position  : HR Manager & HR Staff (2 positions)

Placement : Jakarta

Duties and responsibilities include the following:

• In charge in all recruitment process

• Review current structure organization and planning organization development in line with company future plan and strategy. 

• Collaborate with all Managers to identify any skill gap and establish training and development program

• Collaborate with all Managers to run performance appraisals and employee evaluation

• Monitoring and validating company legal documents

• Perform HR administration, payroll detail and tax, employee benefits, BPJS, Manpower regulations, HR policies and processing

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology/Law or equivalent

• Maximum 10 years working experience in HR (for HR Manager)/ Maximum 5 years working experience in HR (for HR Staff)

• Familiar with company rules and labor regulation

• Having good knowledge of Indonesia Labor law and manpower regulation

• Having good analytical thinking and good leadership skill

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

• Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook

Position : SALES ENGINEER

Placement : Jakarta and Palembang (2 positions)

This essential role will responsible for achieving the new orders, sales and shipment profit in line with yearly plan for products in the defined region. The prime objective is to ensure that our products are on customer approved supplier list and that we are accepted as the preferred manufacturer/supplier. This will involve specification selling to all decision makers and influencers at end users and contractors, and OEM’s. This role requires strong communication skills to cold call and performs one on one and group presentations. The successful candidate for this role will develop and agree a sales plan with the Sales Manager then implement it effectively through executing structured and outcome-based customer calls in line with the business strategy.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/D3 (Bachelor Degree or engineering background will be an advantage)

• Maximum 3 years working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Proven sales experience with a history of successful industrial sales especially in targeted industries or a related product such as pumps, pipes & fittings, and control equipment will be an advantage.

• Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, and time management skills

• Sound written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian

• Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook

• Able to do intensive business travelling

• Have a valid driver license (SIM A)
