A group of Mining Company  with the head office located in Central Jakarta and Cement Industries with the field located in Semarang, Currently we are looking for candidates for several position with the following requirements:

Drilling Team (Driller ,Ast Driller, Mechanic)

Job Location  : Site  - Borneo

Job Responsibilities

• Verify positions and depth of boring locations before drilling to determine if it is safe to move forward with the process.

• Check gauges, monitor drilling condition and pay close attention to equipment to decide if it needs to be altered or adjusted during drilling.

• Use knowledge of soil or rock conditions to determine which drill is appropriate for each job.

• Stop, start and control machine drilling speed and align as well as position drills to stabilize machines.

• Regulate downward pressure, rotary speed and air pressure, depending on the type of material the drill is moving through, changing procedures and settings for each individual job as needed.

• Bore or drill holes in rock for routing, anchoring, blasting or building foundations, working with other members of the crew to ensure accuracy and safety.

• Follow all protocol and standard operating procedures to guarantee safety and compliance on the job site and keep team members safe from injury.

Job Qualifications

Required:

• Previous min 5 years of experience on drilling site

• Mechanical skills

Good communication skills

Able working under pressure and working as a team

Have a good Leadership

Quarry Mining Manager

Semarang - Site

Working Experience:

• Has minimum of 15 years experience in Mining Industry with at least 5 years in a Limestone Quarry Operation

• Experience in Coordinating and Managing a Team of Mining, which consisted of Short & Long Term Mining Engineer, Geologist, Surveyor, and a team of Operation such as Drilling & Blasting, Ripping Dozing, Loading Hauling, and Contractor

• Experience in handling a Project Development especially Quarry Development

Skills:

• Has a good personal communication skill both within the mining group as well as to Cement Plant personnel

• Well understanding of mining safety and a good mining practice

• Good mining fleet management to achieve the effectiveness and efficiencies

• Demonstrated a good understanding on cement process plant

• Sounds familiar with Environmental awareness, and CSR

• Familiar with Budgeting and Cost Control

• Familiar with mining software such as Surpac

• Good in writing and presentation skills

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor of Mining Engineer, additional post graduate degree will be an advantage

• POU certification, but POM will be considered

• Other certification in Safety and Environmental is an advantage

Other Qualification:

• To be able to work under pressure

Detailed Main Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Quarry Development and Operation in safely, cost effective, and timely manner

• Coordinate to provide a strategic mine plan to prepare raw materials for cement plant according to quality requirements

• Liase with Maintenance for a good equipment management to support operation

• Coordinate annual Budget for Mining group

• Prepare a regular management report and presentation to BOD

• Fulfill the mandatory reports to Government as regulated

• Based in Semarang and willing working in Site

LOGISTIC MANAGER

Based in Semarang and willing working in Site

Responsibilities:

• Manage the total needs of goods and supplies, procurement, and delivery of daily necessities for each item can be adjusted efficiently, effectively and on time.

• Manager and Develop  logistical budget and maintain operational activities efficiently and effectively according to the allocated budget.

• Understanding regulated, issue goods and make daily transaction reports: preparatory status reports, goods transaction reports, goods items, goods processing statistics, inventory control calculation reports.

• Review and  Report to BOD  weekly, monthly, annual reports.

• Strong Leadership and Managerial for Logistic manager responsibility and team work with other Departement.

Requirements:

• Minimum S-1 (any discipline)

• Minimum five (15) years experiences in similar, preferred in Cement Industries

• Good communication skills

• Able working under pressure.

• Able working without supervision.

• High level of computer literacy

• Have a good Leadership

• Willing to place at Semarang- Central Java

Position : Paramedic

Job Location : South Borneo - Site

REQUIREMENTS :

Working Experience : Minimun 5 Years in Area of HSE specially paramedic

Skills: Knowledge and understanding as a Paramedic

Education:  Bachelor of Public Health, Majoring in Occupational Safety and Health, Faculty of Public Health,

Other Qualification:

Preferable with mining experience

Having skills as paramedic in mining industries,

Willing to working on site and roster

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

QUALITY CONTROL (SUPERINTENDENT)

Job Location : Semarang

General requirements:

1. Male or Female, max age is 45 years old

2. Min Diploma in chemical engineering with 5-year experience in chemical industrial or Degree in chemical engineering with 3-year experience.

3. Strong understanding of quality objective and process in cement plant

4. Strong understanding about quality inspection of cement

5. Strong understanding of occupational health and safety at cement plant especially in laboratory

6. Strong communication skills and leadership

7. Familiar with SNI (Indonesia standard) for cement product

8. Professional Certification would be advantage.

9. Ability work as teamwork

Job responsibility:

- Formulate and maintain quality control objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals.

- Coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with others to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.

- Design quality reports in actionable operating information across the group.

Job Location : Semarang

Experience :

Min 8 years in Area of Purchasing  (purchasing & procurement)

Based in Head Office Jakarta

analyze and evaluate accounting documents, preparing reports that reflect the audit results and document the proposed process. Create reports and  presented to key members of the company to ensure all staff members are working toward the same goals and complying with regulations.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years in area of audit from big 4 auditor

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting.

• Having skill in computer operations.

• Having skill in auditing SOP, financial and audit operation.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Based in Semarang and willing working in Site

Requirements:

- Have minimum 10 years’ experience in the positon, and preferred :

1. from  cement company or Building material

2. Big 4 Auditor

3. Manufacturing FMGC Experience

( Max 3 jobs in the past 10 years )

- Minimal Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring Accounting

- Excellent in tax knowledge, tax update, tax program, tax planning

- Experience with accounting software

- Having skill in computer operations.

- Having skill in ERP Literated.

- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations

- Brevet A&B tax certificate is preferred

IT Knowledge:

SAP S4 HANA Experience

Implementation if IT Systems (SAP S4)

Worked with Mobile Systems would be an advantage
