• Check personnel and equipment after the response process has been completed

• Controlling resources during the journey back to MAKO

• Ensure data accuracy for objects affected by fire or other disaster

• Coordinate with other authorities if necessary

• Able to decide on a matter in the field of emergency response conditions

• Conduct situation and condition research quickly, accurately and accurately upon arrival at the scene

• Search for information as quickly as possible about the possibility of casualties and / or the presence or absence of electricity before a blackout move

• Serves to help pull and position hoses, and protect and secure firefighter movements;

• Able to pull, add and position the hose and move from the operator's point to a certain point that the helper can still control

• Responsible for operating Water Pump and Banksman equipment

2.    Job Title: Field Civil Engineer

• Bachelor of Civil Structure Engineering

• 10+ years’ experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery and gas processing/ LNG.

• Experienced as Lead Civil Engineer

• Expertise in the civil and structural fields supervisor construction

-  underground facility,

-  sewers,

-  concrete structure,

-  steel structure,

-  road and paving,

-  pipe-racks and foundations

-  earthwork,

-  civil and steel work.

• Expertise in

-  American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC),

4.    Job Title: Assistant Manager – QA QC

Job description:

• CONSULTANT shall establish a comprehensive quality management and quality control procedure for the project application.

• Review overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) System for the various phases of the PROJECT (i.e. Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning).

• Monitoring all quality assurance and quality control program implementation during every stage of the project (i.e. Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) and perform the required action to meet project goals.

• Being physically present at the site to monitor key site activities and monitoring detailed site quality work.

• Keep a regular surveillance and audit Quality Assurance Program of CONTRACTOR.

• Review and approve the Quality Assurance and Control procedures proposed for the PROJECT.

• Ensure that the inspection and quality assurance programs are being followed and that proper documentation is provided for all equipment and bulk materials.

• Perform quality audits and assessments to ensure CONTRACTOR is in compliance with requirements of contract and appropriate quality and HSE plans and procedures.

• Reviewing quality reports and inspection reports and undertaking inspection for key element work and key equipment and materials.

• Review QA/QC report (this includes NCR/Deviation raised and settled during engineering, procurement & construction phases) for the Project complex on a regular basis identifying areas for action by concerned agencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Instrument Engineering.

• 10+ years’ experience in oil and gas, refinery projects, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG.

• Expertise in HSSE management system.

• Expertise to ensure successful and timely completion of Construction projects with high quality and client satisfaction.

• Excellent knowledge of the latest edition of relevant internationally recognized Codes and Standards.

• Has working knowledge for computer programs application in design activities.

• Has a strong leadership and good interpersonal skill.

• Expertise to maintain effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to complete Engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.

• Expertise in quality management, schedule, and man-hour control of the Engineering Work from Engineering through mechanical Completion and Operational Acceptance with a high level of quality.

• Excellent knowledge about Indonesian’s Oil and Gas Rules and Regulation upon project assignment.

5.    Job Title: Assistant Manager - Procurement

Job Description (not limited to):

• Leads a team of procurement experts in various specialties assigned to ensure delivery of materials, supplies, equipment and services to meet project requirements within budget and on schedule. 

• Liaises with the Project Manager and is the primary procurement interface between the Customer, the project and the supplier community. 

• Report to the Project Manager as a senior member of the project execution team.  Work with engineering, planning, project controls, construction and quality management to ensure procurement is properly aligned with the expectations of the other groups in understanding and addressing the project requirements.  Monitor and make changes as work progresses.

• Manage the overall procurement activities in a project, including, purchasing, expediting, supplier surveillance and inspection, traffic and logistics, contract formation and administration.

• Develop and implement the overall procurement procedures and plans. to include close out activities of project procurement and hand over of deliverables to the client at the end of the project.

• Participates in the project risk assessment workshops and outlines the procurement related risks to the project. In collaboration with other project disciplines, prepares the project procurement plan to include appropriate mitigation for the risks. Amend and update the project procurement plan as required in changing circumstances.

• Maintain and manage the procurement reporting to and from the Customer.

• Counsel, assist and direct subordinate managers in accomplishing the project procurement objectives.  Identify, develop and implement training to enable staff to more efficiently and effectively perform assigned functions. 

• Ensure proper staffing, formal means of transferring work to site and oversight of field activities.

• Ensures compliance with Company's Code of Conduct.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Engineering

• 15+ years in Procurement in Oil & Gas/Refinery/Petrochemical

• Experienced as Senior Procurement or Manager

• Proven experience in supervising and mentoring others in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with conflicting priorities and limited time available. 

• Proficient in the use of computers and commonly-used business software. 

• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English is required.  

• Proficiency in another language may be a significant advantage in certain location assignments.

• Experience in progressively senior roles in managing a wide variety of procurement activities

• Relevant tertiary educational qualification, preferably in engineering, procurement or business management, law or project/construction management is required. 

• Experience in related industry functions, such as project controls, construction management, fabrication management and business development is an asset. 

6.    Job Title: Assistant Manager – Change Management

• Has held the same position for the last 2 years in oil and gas and petrochemical projects (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).

• 10+ (ten) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.

• Experienced as Sr Change Management or Manager

• Expertise in Project Control preferred

• Has been principal engineer responsible for risk management on similar projects.

• Able to apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities

• Capable to complete change management assessments and able to apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative

• Capable to identify and create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan manages anticipated resistance

• Capable to track and report issues and define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs

• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed Construction activities in accordance with schedule requirements

7.    Job Title: Piping/Pipeline/Welding /NDE Inspector

• Required to complete daily inspection reports / checklists and maintain records until time of turnover.

• Performs surveillances, assessments, or audits of Company or subcontractor activities.

• Develops reports for the Assistant QA / QC Manager and/or Construction Managers, Commissioning

• Managers on the status and quality of work accomplished. Reports include quality control or related reports

• from subcontractors.

• Supports and participates in HSE audits and assessments.

• Provides input to the monthly Quality Report.

• Completes other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

• Inspection and verification of both in-process and completed work activities including witnessing

Qualifications:

• Valid Certification MIGAS:

For NDE personnel – Min. CSWIP 3.2 and/or ASNT Level II (RT, UT, MT, PT)

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Has held the same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for the last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical projects (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).

• 5+ (five) years’ experience in oil and gas and petrochemical projects (i.e. refinery projects, petrochemicals, and gas processing/ LNG).

• Has experience as Piping Engineer especially for developing systems of piping stress & vibration analysis in piping engineering & design.

• Has Experience in construction of piping and piping rack.

• Has Experience as a Piping Inspector.

• It has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Piping systems. in gas processing plants and utility facilities.

• Has a proven ability to perform Piping equipment engineering including study, calculation, datasheet in Piping System with a high level of quality.

• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (latest piping design software, etc).

• Had maintained an effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.

• Has a good medical record.

• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

8.    Job Title: Project Engineer

Sumbawa; 12 months

No rotation; Mon- Sat

Solar Plant

Job Description (not limited to):

• Managed the local contractor team on site to execute the cold and hot  installation commissioning activities in accordance to the commissioning plans and project schedule

• Coordination with the EPC, contractors that all electrical pertaining to the PV strings and Tracker systems installation in all sub-fields complies with the Indonesia Standards and electrical code of practice.

• Provide technical support and solutions to technical queries from the client and sub-contractors onsite.

• Coordinate and provide support to Supplier (Contractor) for the configuration of system network communication and integration with SCADA system

• Ensure Quality and Commissioning plans are strictly adhered by the team and any non-conformance were rectified prior to system energization.

• Monitor progress and completion to align with project schedules, critical path & milestones.

• Submissions of weekly report reports and handover deliverables to the clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering

• Min. 5 years as Project Engineer in Power Plant

• Experience in Project Management in Solar PV Project preferred

• Work with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Company for Project delivery

• Electrical background and work with MV/HV Electrical

• Familiar with Solar Renewable Energy

• Expertise in Minimum 25MWp Project of Power Plant

9.    Job Title: QA QC Engineer - Civil Structural/Electrical

• Prepare checklist and guidelines for QA/QC Inspection for installation and commissioning activities in accordance to the project proposal and commissioning plans, with recommended necessary corrective actions

• Coordination with the Project Engineer, and Local Contractor concerning all quality assurance & control pertaining to the PV systems installation in all sub-fields complies with the Indonesia Standards and code of practice.

• Provide technical support and solutions to technical queries from the client and sub-contractors onsite.

• Do inspection, test and sample material or assembled parts of the project

• Ensure Quality and Commissioning plans are strictly adhered by the team and any non-conformance were rectified prior to system energization.

• Monitor progress and completion to align with quality standard as per project requirement

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering; experience in QA/QC field.

• 2 -3 years in Power Plant

• Experience in QA/QC (Civil Structural or Electrical) in Solar PV Project preferred

10. Job Title: Safety Officer

Sumbawa; 10 months

Job Description (not limited to):

• Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspect of operations during the construction & commissioning stages on this PV Solar Farm Project

• Coordination with the Project Engineer (Company), and Local Contractor’s Safety Officer concerning all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) relative incidents and conduct safety investigations if an accident happens.

• Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety & Health regulations and statutory requirements within Indonesia Code of Safety & Health.

• Conduct Toolbox Meeting and Monthly HSE meeting co-joint with Local Contractor ‘s Safety Officer

• Participating in continuing education and training led by the Local Contractor Safety Officer to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and best practices.

• Monitor and maintain appropriate safety measures in accordance with Workplace health and Safety Act (Indonesia)

Requirements:

• Registered as Safety Officer (Certification); Project Management skills added value.

• 4 -5 years in Power Plant

• Experience in MV/HV /LV Electrical Projects

• To be able to converse in Indonesia  and English teams

• First Aid training & Working at Heights

• Experience in Solar Renewable Energy  will be added value
