Mine Engineering Supervisor  (Code :ENV)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Directing and coordinating the making of short term mining designs and long terms plans based on the correct sequence to ensure that mining production achieve the target.

• Responsible to monitoring and manage for monthly, quarterly and annual plans, including one treatment forecast.

• Prepare operational overview from mine planning (Production plans & estimation of tool requirement to ensure the effectiveness of mining operations).

• Pit design processing with overall geotech recommendation and economic stripping ratio.

• Reconcile plans to practical considerations and re-calibrations when it necessary

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model in safety, leadership and Company Value

Job Requirements :

• Male.

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.

• Min. 5 years of experiences in similar position.

• Max. 40 Years Old.

• Min. have POP Certification.

• Understanding mining software (Minescape, Minex,Surpac & etc.)

• Good Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving

• Leadership & Communication skills

• Willing to work with a roster system.

Mine Engineering (Code :ENO)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible to create of monthly, quarterly and annual plans, including one treatment forecast.

• Responsible to identify lack of potential accidents and environment damage and take steps to prevent and repair

• Ensure compliance and monitor effectiveness of mine plans.

• Responsible to conduct field review every single day to ensure the execution of mining operations.

• Earthmoving equipment simulation and scenario planning.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company

Surveyor Supervisor (Code : SSV)

Assignment: Sumatera Selatan

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible for mine measurement data, to carried out periodically. 

• Responsible to ensure measuring data & hauling path produced accurately.

• Responsible to make agreement letter of mining progress with client (BAI).

• Validate mine situation map and ensure that made periodically.

• Evaluate survey performance/ activities in the form of reports that show both performance and volume.

• Control and determine of the position and installation of survey tape in accordance with the design provided by the engineering.

Jr. Surveyor (Code : JSF)

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible to coordinate and conduct surface measurement survey (topographic) to obtain data that will be use to mining plan. 

• Responsible to determine the direction and position of the mine.

• Responsible to conduct to limiting the mining area.

• Monitor the elevation of mining area.

• Measuring the results of excavation to determine of soil and coal extracted.

• Reconcile the calculation results.

• Providing all survey data to mine plan

• Responsible for all activities related to the survey activities

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinating and arranging all human resource activities on site to support company operational.

• Responsible to create HRGA strategic activities on the project.

• Monitor, Coordinate and evaluate the process of recruiting and selecting non staff candidates to meet manpower needs based on budget approved.

• Responsible to ensure all general affairs service are provided in accordance with company policy (Camp Facilities, Transportation & etc).

• Responsible to create the strategic process of People Development program and become the centre point of Training & Development activity.

• Coordinating Payroll Activities for site project. (Responsible to calculate Salary, Tax, Overtime and allowance).

• Coordinating industrial relations tasks, including establishing good relations with (Muspida, Disnakertrans, Adat leaders & etc).

• Coordinating community social tasks according to the company’s interests for the development of socio-economic condition of local communities.

• Responsible to prevailing company and government laws and regulations (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan &  BPJS Kesehatan).

• Conduct recruitment & selection administrative activities for local employees in accordance with the company’s needs and policies to support the company’s operations.

• Conduct administrative HR duties such as liaising with healthcare facilities for sick employees, issuing reference letters, as well as to prepare workforce permits and other obligations regarding human resources by liaising with the local Department of Labor.
