Plant Superintendent (Code : PLS)
Assignment: Sumatera Selatan
Job Responsibilities:
• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
• Responsible to make strategies, control and evaluate workshop/ Plant Department.
• Responsible to lead and evaluate the Plant Teams to ensure that the Plant Dept meets the targets and standards (budget and operational).
• Responsible to control and organize the operational of Plant Dept to ensure the effectiveness (MA, MTBF, MTTR).
• Monitor and analyze all health parameters of equipment & component so that they can be used
• Prevent to severity of the damage components/ equipment and try to overcome nonconformance components/ parts by suppliers in part of the framework of saving cost
• Responsible to develop, control and evaluate system maintenance and repair units/ equipment, all maintenance and repair activity for all unit and make sure all the process apply within the budget
• Responsible to monitor cost effectiveness of Plant Dept Activities to optimize resources, spending and maintain projected cost within budget for operational equipment.
• Implement the policies and procedures to ensure that plant strategy meets the company target.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company
• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model in safety, leadership and Company Value
Job Requirements:
• Male, maximum age 45 years old.
• Preferable Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Min. 7 years experiences in similar position.

Plant Supervisor (Code : PLV)

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating job report which includes compiling data from all work processes, compiling data into report forms and submitting work reports to superiors.
• Implement the policies and procedures to ensure that plant strategy meets the company target.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company.
• Responsible to validation part order from mechanic.
• Conduct and control all maintenance activities which are Schedule & Unscheduled, Redo Job, Fabrication, Rotable Component and PCR for all equipment.
• Responsible to monitor and evaluate all trouble shooting.

Job Requirements:

• Preferable Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Plant Foreman (Code : PLF)

Job Responsibilities :
• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
• Familiar and able to do preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for heavy equipment and dump truck.
• Has an experience in mechanical repair main engine components which include identifying engine specifications and identifying structures and functions of mechanical systems, fuel systems, lubrication systems, hydraulic system.
• Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failure.
• Responsible to validation part order from mechanic.
• Review operator’s checklist summary and mechanical inspection sheet.
• Responsible to conduct trouble shooting and repair maintenance activities.
• Has an experience in mechanical repair main engine components which include identifying engine specifications and identifying structures and functions of mechanical systems, fuel systems, lubrication systems, hydraulic system.
