Job Responsibilities :

• Receiving and processing goods/ spare part request from all user, and made control about the delivery process so that goods/ spare parts can be received on time and match as a schedule.

• Maintain records of purchase, pricing and other important data.

• Preparation of documents of purchasing process such as inquiry, quotation, comparison, price table

• Issue of PO and Contract agreement for approval

• Coordination with Finance and Accounting regarding payment L/C, bank guarantee

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate to review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions.

• Maintain and update inventory records.

• Coordinate in preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.

• Reconcile and update processing warehouse stock products.

• Report any stock issues.

• Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high.

• Responsible to collect the information on inventory stock level.

• Carry out the stock opnam activity regularly.

• Responsible to make analyze the amount and the type of inventory to control the accuracy of inventory data.

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Familiar and able to do preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for heavy equipment, dump truck and other support equipment.

• Responsible to maintain periodic report of maintenance activity all site.

• Responsible to make periodic Plant Report Head Office.

• Responsible to colaborate and control Plant Budget from all Site.

• Process performance data on mining machinery and equipment & supporting materials as a review of conformity with plan and budget all site.

• Responsible to analyze, develop and socialization of procedures, systems and programs related to the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment, so that maintenance activities can be carried out according to TBU Plant SOP .

• Analysis and propose Plant Improvement Program based on case.

• Prepare and maintain data center of Mechanic Skill Competencies Record for all site TBU.

• Responsible for Periodic Report of Mechanic Development Program.

• Have Bulldozer Certification is an Advantage.

Bulldozer Operator - CAT D9T (Code :D9T)
