Archi Group is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi, PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation :

MINE MANAGER (Job Code : MM/VII/20)

(Location: Toka Tindung Site)

The primary role of the Manager Mining will be to manage mining contractor activities and the mine operations group to ensure the ore presentation as outlined in the mine plan is supplied to the process plant in a safe, cost effective and environmentally compliant manner.

DUTIES :

• Full compliance with government and PTMSM, Health Safety and Environmental regulations in all activities.

• Producing schedules for weekly and monthly mine planning and dump development, including water and sediment management strategies.

• Producing the annual budget mine plans and ongoing quarterly forecasts, including capital and operating costs schedules for the mining operation.

• Develop life of mine plans and cost analysis for the development of economic models for financial analysis. The economic models are used for the generation of optimized pit shells, mine designs and the generation of cut-off grade strategies for the gold mining operation.

• Management of the primary mining contractor, including the development of cost control systems for the management of contractors, including monthly invoicing and contract pricing reconciliation.

• Development and co-ordination of programs and measurement systems in conjunction with the mining contractor to improve safety performance, reduce operating costs and increase mining efficiencies.

• Development of environmental management and sediment control plans, and topsoil management for the mine area, and overseeing its implementation and compliance.

• Development of construction management plans for mine construction projects.

• Management and training of a national mine operations group in mine planning techniques, contractor supervision and compliance to health, safety and environmental management systems.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Formal mine engineering or relate qualifications, over 15 years of directly related mine supervision, contractor management and mine engineering experience;

2. Previous supervision and management experience is essential;

3. Self-starter and capable of working with minimal supervision;

4. Good communication skills as will have to work closely with a small team of professional managers across the mining, processing, environmental, geological and administrative operational areas;

5. Ability to obtain a Wakil Kepala Teknik Tambang qualification;

6. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

OHS MANAGER (CODE : OM-VI/20)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

The role and responsible of the OHS Manager, are to develop, maintain deliver of the OHS  objectives, target and program through the promote of safety based behaviour in the organisation including all contractors. The main duties for this position will be:

Duties:

• Establish and maintain a strategic Framework for the development of annual organizational OHS objectives and targets. This includes the development of action plans, budgets and projects to enable delivery of outcomes identified in the Health and Safety Improvement Plan;

• Monitor, analyze and report on the organizations OHS performance, including review of trends requiring additional action to address, as well identifying an safety hotspots requiring additional focus to improve;

• Drive and implement strategy and initiatives to improve the safety performance of the operation;

• Work closely with peers including contractors to ensure alignment and buy in for new and existing OHS strategies;

• Oversee the implementation of the organizations OHS policy – currently incorporated into the Management Systems Policy;

• Oversee the implementation of the INX In Control system as the database of OHS event;

• Ensure organizational compliance with the relevant OHS regulations and other requirements according to prevailing regulation;

• Complete internal/external OHS Audits and monitor workplace inspections and workplace observation results;

• Report on the OHS performance at Board, Executive and Operational levels;

• Ensure all decisions are made or advice sought to balance potential OHS risks with quality of life for the individual;

• Maintain and enhancing of the emergency Response Plan capacity and Team to be capable to deal with any emergency situation.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 7 years experience in the mining industry, with a minimum of 10 years experience leading OHS disciplines;

2. POU Certificate from ESDM;

3. Minimum D3 or S-1 graduate in relevant disciplines;

4. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environment.
