Mekanik Crane  Offshore dan Onshore

• Experience min 3 tahun sebagai crane mekanik ( lebih bagus pengalaman offshore )

• Domisili Balikapan dan sekitar nya

Commissioning Electrical / Instrumental / Telecom Supervisor

• Pengalaman dibidangnya minimal 3 tahun

• Memiliki Sertifikat MIGAS / DEPNAKER sebagai Ahli K3 Listrik

Gender Expert

• Minimum 5 years’ experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, development studies, gender or any relevant field

• Applies experience from social sciences postgraduate training and development studies to develop initiatives and programs to improve gender balanced roles and opportunities on the project. Conduct orientation and briefing on gender and Gender Action Plan (GAP) for PMU and PMC.

• Ensure gender is integrated into contractor/subcontractor’s contracts and related documents and ensure non-discrimination inrecruitment policy. Coordinate effectively with PMU and PMC to ensure that GAP actions and targets are achieved.

• Ensure communication materials (website, leaflets/brochure, etc.) and SOP for stakeholder engagement and communication activities are gender sensitive and promote positive images of women in geothermal. Ensure fair participation of women in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of community development program.

• Conduct regular field trips to monitor GAP implementation, collect sex-disaggregated data reflecting progress on GAP targets and indicators, and prepare progress reports.

Master Plan Specialist

• Bachelor’s in mechanical / electrical/ chemical

• Minimum 15 years’ experience

• The specialist shall have minimum one (1) master plan experience development in geothermal field in the world for the last fifteen (15) years

Biodiversity Specialist

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in  similar roleincluding 5 years of biodiversity survey experience in ecologically sensitive  areas

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant science or discipline and have post graduate degree and experience in implementing Biodiversity Plan are preferable.

• Attend courses in biodiversity related aspects and working experience with international biodiversity experts are preferable.

• Good understanding of applicable Indonesian laws and regulation as well as related international convention on biodiversity.

• Familiarity with ADB SPS (2009).

Social Specialist

• Minimum 15 years’ experience (international) Minimum 8 years’ experience (National)

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant science or engineering discipline

• Experience for International Specialist should include relevant experience in Indonesia

• For Surveyor Inventory of Losses (IOL) and Socio Economy Survey (SES) must have licensed from BPN to conduct cadastral survey

Data Scientist

Scope of Work :

• Undertaking big data collection, processing and analysis related to subsurface/upstream activities.

• Building models & algorithm to address oil & gas business problems, combine models through ensemble modeling, propose solutions and strategies to G&G and reservoir business. challenges and others challenges in upstream business.

• Presenting information using data visualization techniques.

• Analyze large amounts of raw information to find patterns that will improve current workflow to be more efficient, automate to replace manual process.

• Maintain & support machine learning implementation that has been deployed in exploration & development team.

Minimum Requirements :

• Minimum education S1 Majoring Informatics/Computer Science, Petroleum, Geology, Geophysics/Data Science

• Experience minimum 3 years in same field

• Technical Competency : Advance programming, experience in data mining oil & gas industry, understanding of machine-learning, knowledge of R, SQL & Python, Scalar, C++, business intelligent tools/framework, strong math skills (statistic)

• Non Technical Competency : Good Teamwork, Problem Solving Aptitude, Excellent Communication, & Presentation Skills

DIVING SUPERINTENDENT

Scope Of Work :

Responsible to assist Offshore CSR/Contract Manager in his technical duties and accountability to Company Site Representative related to diving operation. Ensure that the implementation of work is performed in compliance with Company specification and Company safety requirement

Activities :

• To ensure feedbacks for project installation requirements and schedule,

• To supervise and control the project subsea installation including but limited to pipeline. flowline installation and tie-ins. in order to ascertain the plant will be built as per drawings. specification, procedures and schedule.

• To assist the PJC management team to ensure Compliance with Total ESP lndonesie Safety objectives throughout the life of the project.

• To review diving procedures and validate the survey report developed by EPSC Contractors,

• To monitor the line of non conforming reporting and corrective actions.

• To provide technical assistance on site,

• To follow one day training prepared by COMPANY to understand COMPANY requirement and specification prior pertaining job

Minimum Qualification /Experience Level 6: 

• Senior or Expert level (with Similar 10 years experience in same or higher position in same or largest project —10 years in the discipline - 10 years experience in Oil&Gas).

• Having IMCA bell diving supervisor certificate

• Experience in saturation diving activities

• Good communication skill and computer literate.

• Fluent in English, written and spoken
