1. POSITION : ELECTRICAL COMMISSIONING ENGINEER

Department/Project : MERAKES Project

Education : University Graduate from on Technical Major  (Electrical Engineering)

Working Experiences : More than 8 years in similar position or field

Working Status : 7 months contract

Starting Time : Immediate

Work Location  : Jakarta, Karimun and Offshore

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• At least 8 years security operations experience;

• Strong written and spoken English;

• Extensive prior experience in testing and commissioning on high value building projects.

• Understanding of codes and standards regarding Testing and Commissioning requirements for cabling, earthing/grounding, generators, HV/MV/LV Electrical Distribution systems and panels, transformers, UPS systems, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), lighting and lighting controls, batteries and charging systems, overcurrent protection devices, metering and relaying, power monitoring systems, energy management systems and other related electrical systems, controls and devices.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Follow-up and check electrical equipment installation are as per requirements.

• Perform MC walkdown.

• Develop electrical commissioning check sheet.

• Defines commissioning work packages and prepare the electrical operational test procedure

• Supervises electrical commissioning field activities.

• Ensures safe execution of all electrical commissioning activities through the application of the work permit procedure.

• Coordinates activities of vendor representatives and subcontractors.

• Prepare and liaise with Client to ensure smooth handover from Commissioning to Company Project/Operation.

2. POSITION : COMMISSIONING LEAD (CONTROL AND AUTOMATION)

Department/Project : MERAKES Project

Education : University Graduate from on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 15 years in similar position or field

Working Status : 7 months contract

Starting Time : Immediate

Work Location  : Jakarta, Karimun and Offshore

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• At least 15 years security operations experience;

• Strong leadership skills with a team orientated mindset;

• Degree qualified in Physic or Electrical engineering.

• Proven experience in Commissioning of Control and Instrument equipment and packages.

• Experience in a contractor facing role managing engineering contractors and major vendors.

• Proven experience in a Major Project delivery role including recent commissioning experience.

• Demonstrable experience of delivering key discipline decisions within a project commissioning Environment.

• Strong written and spoken English;

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Developing detailed commissioning procedures for assigned Control and Instrument equipment/package.

• Provide daily, on-site/in-field leadership, coordination and management of a multi-discipline team of instrument commissioning Supervisor and Technicians.

• Interact with Engineering and draw from past experience and knowledge when developing procedures.

• Ensure preparation and approve job cards for Commissioning activities.

• Control of job card allocation and completion.

• Liaise with Construction, hook-up and Mechanical Completion team on a daily basis.

• Supervise the Instrument Commissioning Team in meeting scheduled deadlines and ensuring the technical integrity of work carried out.

• Reporting to Commissioning Manager for work progress in daily basis.

• Assist hook-up with inspection and Punch Lists of installation and vendor packages.

• Manage the completion of walk-downs and Punch Lists of offered system/sub-systems.

• Review MC dossiers per sub-system related to Instrument and Control part.

• Acceptance of Mechanically complete sub-systems for instrument and control packages.

• Manage instrumentation/automation vendor support during the commissioning phase for the assigned systems.

• Updating and forwarding the Punch List per system to the CMS/Database Operator.

• Ensure all documentation; tools, consumables and equipment are available to perform work scope. Prepare PR to procure tools if necessary.

• Ensure supervisor and technicians work are carried out in a safe and controlled manner in accordance with site procedures and PTW system.

• Coordination of Certifying Authority witnessing on site.

• Coordination of functional testing of commissioned systems and engaging Client Team and where needed.

• Provide Operations with technical support throughout start-up, stabilization and performance testing.

• Provide Turnover Coordinator with the required handover documentation, ensuring a smooth handover to Offshore Operations.

3. POSITION : COMMISSIONING ENGINEER (PROCESS & MECHANICAL)

Department/Project : MERAKES Project

Education : University Graduate from on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 8 years in similar position or field

Working Status : 7 months contract

Work Location  : Jakarta, Karimun and Offshore

• Demonstrable experience of delivering key discipline decisions within a project commissioning Environment.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• The role of the Process Commissioning Engineer is to work as part of multi discipline Engineers, Technicians and Vendors team in the preparation and execution of static and dynamic commissioning activities in order to deliver Process & utility systems to Operations in accordance with the project technical standards and schedule.

• The candidate will report to the Commissioning Manager and will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of Process and Mechanical static and dynamic commissioning activities associated Merakes Modules and Modification of Jangkrik FPU Topside Processing Facilities.

• The Process Commissioning Engineer will support the handover of equipment and systems from Commissioning to the System Owner (Client).

• Ensure that the commissioning processes and procedures used for the project comply with the relevant project documents.

• Work closely with the Construction in onshore and hook-up team in offshore to ensure all Commissioning interfaces are clearly defined and well executed.

• Support the development of project schedules and plans in readiness for the key project milestones and the overall integrated Start-Up.

• Ensure effective Handover management process from Commissioning to Operations for the respective area of responsibility.

• Assist in managing the Commissioning scope in line with the agreed schedule ensuring sufficient resources and equipment are available to execute the scope within the agreed timeline.

• Liaise with Vendor representative during execution of static and dynamic commissioning and ensure the target of completion is achieved in safe and timely manner.
