We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:

1. Lead Process Safety Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

•  To review, evaluate and oversee implementation of the Safety Management System in particular related to Process Safety and related safety activities and initiatives for Offshore Operations and Technical Group departments on existing plants/facilities, facility modifications and new projects.

•  Participate in design reviews of new facilities or upgrades; and consulting on process safety related issues, including risk assessments, investigating the root causes of incidents, and developing measures to avoid future losses.

•  Prepare Project Safety Engineering Plan

•  Ensure safety engineering studies performed

•  Ensure all action items generated from safety engineering studies are closed out timely

Requirement :

•  Age maximum 35 years old

•  Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from recognized educational institute.

•  Having experience 10 + year in the same position

•  Minimum 10 years post graduate experience in Design/consulting Field and operation/maintenance on process with at least 7 years in Process safety within the Oil & Gas Petrochemical Industry, specially EPCI

•  Recognized Safety Course (NEBOSH certificate or equivalent) Diploma in Safety Management or Risk Management.

•  Adequate Industry recognized HSE Training Auditor Training Certificates.

•  Possess a good knowledge of written and spoken English.

2. HSSE Project Manager

Job Responsibilities :

•  Assist in the development of effective HSE Management System i.e. HSE Policies, Procedures and Safe Work Practices Guidelines.

•  Assist to ensure HSE documents and its implementation are in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and HSE legislations.

•  Assist in the development of Company HSE Goals and/or Key Performance Indicators and monitors the implementation of action plans in achieving the goals and KPI.

•  Assist in the development and implementation of Company Emergency Response Procedures and conduct review or test the procedure to ensure it is up to date and effective.

•  Active involvement in the review of HSE Training needs, develop and implement or deliver HSE Training program as required and maintain HSE Training Matrix for all personnel.

•  Provide expertise i.e. HSE guidance, advices, and physical support to all levels to ensure Offshore Division in compliance with the approved HSE documents.

•  Ensure all operations within Offshore Division are risk assessed and maintain risks at a level which is as Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP).

•  Active participation in all HSE Studies conducted for the project such as HAZID, SIMOPS, JSA, etc.

•  Ensure all incidents are timely reported and provide guidance as required in the Incident Investigation and preparation of reports.

•  Maintain Offshore Division Incident Register and ensure submission of periodic HSE Statistic Reports and Trending Analysis and recommendation for improvement.

•  Develop and monitor the implementation of HSE Activity Plan, provide guidance as required to ensure plan is implemented accordingly.

•  Develop and update regulatory compliance register and identifies any new applicable regulatory requirements.

•  Maintain the HSE Action Tracking Register for the Offshore Division to ensure all actions are followed up and closed out

• Ensure all HSE critical equipment such as Gas Detector is calibrated.

• Conduct HSE inspection and audit including subcontractor HSE assessment.

• Set a good example to a positive HSE, Quality, and Continuous Improvement Culture

• Supervise and mentor HSE Advisors and Doctor/Medic.

•  Other HSE activities as assigned by the HSE Manager

Requirement:

•  Holding Degree or Diploma in HSE Management with minimum 5 years of experience or Engineering Degree with some formal HSE qualification such as NEBOSH minimum 7 years of experience

•  Minimum 10 years post graduate experience in Design/consulting Field and operation/maintenance on process with at least 7 years in Process safety within the Oil & Gas Petrochemical Industry, specially EPCI
