1. Position Title: Commissioning Coordinator Coal Fired Plant
Jepara, 12 months; renewal
Expatriate (KITAS Holder is preferable)
Primary Objectives:
Responsible for supervising and managing all Commissioning coordination activities at site to comply with the requirements of Contract and Commissioning Plans for TJB5&6 Coal-fired power plant project.
Specific Accountabilities:
• Performing a resident EPC’s Engineer role on Site, reporting to the Commissioning Manager, or Deputy Commissioning Manager during the absence of Commissioning Manager at site.
• Must be a team player and able to work harmoniously together with different nationalities
• Able to work under pressure, esp. under tight commissioning schedule
• Executing technical coordination on commissioning and monitoring of contractors and implementation to schedule on behalf of the client.
• Monitoring and reporting of all commissioning progress against schedule to the client. High-level monitoring of daily commissioning activities (to verify Lot’s daily activities, thru site monitoring and interaction with our local engineers, and report to COMM, Deputy COMM and PM by 5pm – preparation of simple daily log). This includes flagging any safety issues during commissioning activities to our HSE team.
• High-level verification of monthly commissioning progress (to verify Lot’s MAR submission on commissioning and discuss with COMM, Deputy COMM or PM on the percentage progress)
• Arrange and attend all commissioning related meetings and assist in the taking of Minutes/Notes as requested by COMM, Deputy COMM and PM
• Assist COMM, Deputy COMM in the setting up/monitoring/updating of Mechanical Completion Certificate (MCC) documentations
• Assist COMM, Deputy COMM and PM in the preparation of Commissioning Slides for presentation.
• Perform other commissioning related duties as and when required by COMM, Deputy COMM and PM.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of commissioning experience working with large Power Plant Projects in international context.
• Must have at least a degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering.
• Must have relevant experience in conducting and coordinating EPC’s Engineer role for commissioning monitoring/project management
• Conversant with applicable design and engineering standards, for example, ASME, PTC, etc., will be an added advantage.
2. Job Title: Senior Project QAQC Coordinator Coal Fired Plant
Jepara, 12 months; renewal
Expatriate (KITAS Holder is preferable)
Reporting Line:
• Report to Project QAQC Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
• To assist the Project QAQC Manager in managing the Site QAQC Team
• To assist in the implementation of project quality system in the project
• To ensure contractor documents (Quality Plans, Test Procedures, Method statements, Inspection & Test Plans, Inspection Reports, etc.) are being reviewed and responded as required
• To ensure daily site RFI witnessing and surveillance inspection is carried out by QAQC Team
• To provide appropriate guidance and support to Site QAQC Team in technical matters
• To attend daily/regular meetings involving Site QAQC responsibilities
• To assist in the daily/regular reporting (daily log, monthly reports, weekly/monthly presentation slides, etc.
• To interact with and attend to project matters raised by client and contractor
Requirements:
• Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
• Trained and knowledgeable in welding processes, preferably Certified Welding Inspector
• Trained and knowledgeable in NDT (PT, MT, RT, UT, etc.)
• Knowledge of applicable international codes including ASME, AWS, API, ASNT, etc.
• Trained and knowledgeable in Quality management system and processes
• Good English understanding and communication
• Team player with good interpersonal relationship skill
Experience:
• Minimum 10 years working experience
• Minimum 5 years QAQC inspection/test experience
• Minimum 5 yeas relevant experience in coal fired steam power plant
• Experience in boiler proper piping / other power piping inspection and testing
• Valid QA/QC Certificate holder
3. Job Title: Lead Electrical Engineer Coal Fired Plant
Jepara, 12 months; renewal
Expatriate (KITAS Holder is preferable)
Responsibilities:
• Performing a resident Contractor’s Engineer role on Site, reporting to the Senior Project Manager.
• Executing technical coordination and monitoring of contractor and implementation to schedule and cost on behalf of the client.
• Responsible for the Electrical Engineering for High Voltage and substation/switchyard, plus Medium Voltage and Low Voltage systems and sub-systems for Coal Fired Power Plants.
• Monitoring and reporting of all engineering, construction and commissioning progress against schedule and cost to the client.
• Provide technical support, supervision and advice to the discipline team and project teams; participate in peer reviews; and consult with relevant resources as required.
• Review vendor drawings.
• Implement the P&ID requirements into electrical design.
• Liaising with third parties, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with scope requirements on behalf of the client
• Check compliance with Alliance QA/safety/environment goals.
• Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system
• Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
Requirements
• 10+ years of Electrical Engineering experience with large Coal Fired Power Plant Projects
• 8+ years of experience as a Lead Engineer in an engineering consultancy environment either as an Owner’s or Contractor’s engineer role.
• Must have at least a degree in Electrical Engineering from internationally recognized university.
• Professional Engineer registered will be an added advantage.
• Must have fundamental knowledge of power plant engineering principles and technologies based on fossil-fired power generation and specifically coal-fired power plant.
• Must have specific knowledge and experience of coal-fired power plant including circulating fluidized bed and pulverized coal.
• Must have relevant experience in conducting and coordinating Contractor’s Engineer role for construction & commissioning monitoring/project management
• Must have experience working with Windows based systems and knowledge and experience of proprietary electrical engineering software and office productivity software.
4. Job Title: Legal Assistant
Jakarta, 3 months; renewal
• Expertise in Metal Industry
• Bachelor in Law
• Not necessarily have to be lawyers – could be a paralegal, licensing specialist etc. It’s basically to do a ton of legal online applications.
• Main role would be to assist and advise on completion of licensing applications and online applications and securing the company licenses for Indonesia.
5. Job Title: Civil/Structural CAD Drafter Solar Power Plant
Sumbawa, 10 months
• Revise and update existing drawings onsite according to Indonesia Codes (SNI) of civil and architecture related as to correlate to the actual site measurement and any requirements.
• Compute mathematical formulas to find correct dimensions and create the correct model in CAD.
• Coordination with the Project Manager / Engineer for all relevant matter pertaining to drawings and documentation for the project onsite.
• Provide technical support and solutions to technical queries concerning the drawings from the client and sub-contractors onsite.
• Communicate with Engineering Team in (Singapore) office to coordinate the design, progress and production of the project.
Requirements:
- Willing to work in Sumbawa and no rotation
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering; preferably Architecture
- 5 years working experience in Power Plant
- Able to manage 3 -4 persons in a team
- Report to Project Manager/Engineer onsite
- Experience in AUTOCAD drawing in Solar PV Project

6. Job Title: QA QC Engineer Electrical Solar Power Plant
Sumbawa, 6 months
- Prepare checklist and guidelines for QA/QC Inspection for installation and commissioning activities in accordance to the project proposal and commissioning plans, with recommended necessary corrective actions
- Coordination with the Project Engineer, and Local Contractor concerning all electrical quality assurance & control pertaining to the Electrical of the PV systems installation in all sub-fields complies with the Indonesia Standards and electrical code of practice.
- Provide technical support and solutions to technical queries from the client and sub-contractors onsite.
- Do inspection, test and sample material or assembled parts on the Electrical section of the project, especially on the MV/HV part.
- Ensure Quality and Commissioning plans are strictly adhered by the team and any non-conformance were rectified prior to system energization.
- Monitor progress and completion to align with quality standard as per project requirement
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering; experience in QA/QC field.
- 2 -3 years working experience in Power Plant
- Reporting to Project Engineer
- Experience in QA/QC (Electrical) in Solar PV Project, on the MV/HV Electrical part

8. Job Title: Project Engineer/Manager Solar Power Plant
Sumbawa, 10 months
- Managed the local contractor team on site to execute the cold and hot installation commissioning activities in accordance to the commissioning plans and project schedule
- Coordination with the client, local contractors that all electrical pertaining to the PV strings and Tracker systems installation in all sub-fields complies with the Indonesia Standards and electrical code of practice.
- Provide technical support and solutions to technical queries from the client and sub-contractors onsite.
- Coordinate and provide support to Supplier (Contractor) for the configuration of system network communication and integration with SCADA system
- Ensure Quality and Commissioning plans are strictly adhered by the team and any non-conformance were rectified prior to system energization.
- Monitor progress and completion to align with project schedules, critical path & milestones. Provide contingency plan if needed when project delayed.
- Submissions of weekly report reports and handover deliverables to the clients.

9. Job Title: Safety Officer/Engineer Solar Power Plant
Sumbawa, 10 months
- Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspect of operations during the construction & commissioning stages on this PV Solar Farm Project
- Coordination with the Project Manager / Engineer (Trina), and Local Contractor’s Safety Officer concerning all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) relative incidents and conduct safety investigations if accident happen.
- Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety & Health regulations and statutory requirements within Indonesia Code of Safety & Health.
- Conduct Toolbox Meeting and Monthly HSE meeting co-joint with Local Contractor ‘s Safety Officer
- Participating in continuing education and training led by the Local Contractor Safety Officer to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and best practices.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate safety measures in accordance with Workplace health and Safety Act (Indonesia)
- He will act as back-up Project Engineer on site to support the Project Manager (PM) for management roles if PM is not available.
Requirements:
- Registered as Safety Officer (Certification); Project Management skills added value.
- 4 -5 years working experienced in Power Plant
- Reporting to Project Engineer
- Experience in MV/HV /LV Electrical Projects
- To be able to converse in Indonesia and English teams; First Aid training & Working at Heights
- Added to have experience in some project management skills.
- Power; Experience in Solar Renewable Energy will be added value

10. Job Title: Field Inspector
Balikpapan, 24 months

Job Description:
- Inspection and verification of both in process and completed work activities including witnessing construction/performance testing performed by construction or contractor as directed by the Assistant QA/QC Manager or Construction Manager or Commissioning Manager
- Required to complete daily inspection reports/checklists and maintain records until time of turnover
- Performs surveillances, assessments, or audit of Company or subcontractor
- Develops reports for the Assistant QA/QC Manager or Construction Manager or Commissioning Manager on the status and quality of work accomplished. Reports include QC or related reports from subcontractor.
- Supports and participates in HSE audits and assessments
- Provides input to monthly Quality Report
- Completes other responsibilities associated with this job as may be appropriate
