FLEET DISPATCH SUPERVISOR (CODE : FDS-XI/20)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

Managing and developing the technical capability of dispatch operators and all users of the system

Duties :

• Overseeing and managing the FMS dispatch operators;

• Maximises mining fleet productivity through monitoring of equipment allocation and utilisation;

• Ensuring the operational readiness and effectiveness of the   FMS dispatch system;

• Liaising with dispatch  to maintain currency of system  and;

• To develope to complement an expanding pit and mining fleet;

• Works with the Dispatch Data Analysts to maximise mining equipment life;

• Coordinates within pit emergency response;

• Trains and develops subordinates, as well as training mining supervisors and team leaders on how to use and analyse FMS data and trends;

Requirements:

1. Graduate from Degree in Engineering or related field highly;

2. Has over 7 years experience in  Gold operation;

3. Has Experience with managing large mining fleets including +100t capacity load and haul fleets and experience with fleet management dispatch system;

4. Understanding Mining Production Matrix reporting system;

5. Strong Analysis in hourly target production;

6. Able to work in under pressure environment;

7. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

DISPATCH OPERATORS (CODE : DO-XI/20)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

Monitoring the system and delivering dispatcher system report to all users at operation

Duties :

• Dispatch operators ensure clear and effective communication;

• monitoring of equipment allocation and utilisation;

• Ensure that in-cab cameras and fatigue detection devices are monitored and acted on to reduce the chances of fatigue incidents;

• Ensures a smooth handover between shifts and communicates production priorities;

• Ensuring the operational readiness and effectiveness of the   FMS dispatch system.

Requirements:

1. Graduate from Degree in Engineering or related field highly;

2. Has over 5 years experience in  Gold operation;

3. Has Experience with managing large mining fleets including +100t capacity load and haul fleets and experience with fleet management dispatch system;

4. Strong Analysis in hourly target production ;

5. Able to work in under pressure environment;

6. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

FLEET HARDWARE SPECIALIST (CODE : FDSPC-XI/20)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

Managing and developing the technical capability of Hardware Specialist.

Duties :

• Overseeing and managing the FMS hardware technician; 

• Maximises mining dispatch hardware  through monitoring of hardware dispatch  and utilisation;

• Ensuring the operational readiness and effectiveness of the   FMS dispatch system;

• Liaising with dispatch  to maintain currency of system  and;

• To develope to complement an expanding pit and mining fleet;

• Works with the Fleet Dispatch Supervisor to maximise mining equipment life;

• Coordinates within pit emergency response;

• Trains and develops subordinates, as well as training mining supervisors and team leaders on how to use and analyse FMS data and trends.

Requirements:

FLEET MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (CODE : FMS-XI/20)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

The Fleet Management Specialist  is an integral part of productivity improvements through driving value creation using mining dispatch and other production systems. The position is responsible for ensuring effective use of the system by dispatcher, operations, data integrity and analysis of data. The role will focus on ensuring the system and dispatchers meet client needs within operations.

Duties :

• Overseeing and managing the FMS dispatch operations and ensure clear and effective communication between dispatch Mining Operations and Management;

• Maximises mining fleet productivity through monitoring of equipment allocation and utilisation;

• Ensure that in-cab cameras and fatigue detection devices are monitored and acted on to reduce the chances of fatigue incidents;

• Ensures a smooth handover between shifts and communicates production priorities;

• Ensuring the operational readiness and effectiveness of the   FMS dispatch system;

• Liaising with dispatch  to maintain currency of system  and to develop to complement an expanding pit and mining fleet;

• Undertakes data analysis and within pit studies to optimise fleet management by minimising cycle times and maximising truck usage;

• Ensures ore and waste blends are to specification and provides quality control documentation;

• Works with the Dispatch Data Analysts to maximise mining equipment life;

• Coordinates within pit emergency response;

• Trains and develops subordinates, as well as training mining supervisors and team leaders on how to use and analyse FMS data and trends.

Requirements:

1. Graduate from Degree in Engineering or related field highly;

2. Has Over 10 years experience in  Gold operation;

3. Has Experience with managing large mining fleets including +100t capacity load and haul fleets and experience with fleet management dispatch system;

4. Understanding Mining Production Matrix reporting system

5. Advanced skill in Fleet management Dispatch technology

6. Advanced skill in Dispatch hardware & system ;

7. Able to work in under pressure environment;

8. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

HARDWARE TECHNICIAN (CODE : HT-XI/20)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

Hardware Technician will maintain the hardware dispatch system in 24 hours operations

Duties :

• Hardware technician  ensure clear and effective communication;

• monitoring of distich system in 24 hours operations;

• Ensure that in-cab cameras and fatigue detection devices are monitored and acted on to reduce the chances of fatigue incidents;

• Ensuring the hardware  operational readiness and effectiveness of the   FMS dispatch system.

Requirements:

1. Graduate from Degree in Engineering or related field highly;

2. Has over 5 years experience in  Gold operation;

3. Has experience with managing large mining fleets including +100t capacity load and haul fleets and experience with fleet management dispatch system;

4. Has intermediate skill in Fleet management Dispatch maintenance;

5. Has intermediate skill in Dispatch hardware & system;

6. Able to work in under pressure environment;

7. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
