Requires highly qualified individual to join our Jakarta team as :

HSE Engineer

Job Description:

Monitoring QHSE system implementation at operational oil & gas on sites and head office. Managing the compliance requirement and suggest about best practice HSE and develop improvement in HSE operational.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree of occupational safety and health (K3) / environmental / chemical / mining engineering or other relevant major;

• At least 3 years of professional working experiences as HSE in upstream oil & gas industry;

• Have an understanding of HSE implementation, and also about ISO 9001; 14001; 45001;

• Have an understanding of oil & gas operations and understand the regulations on the implementation of K3.

• Fluent spoken and written English;

• Knowledgeable in equipment, material and construction services related to energy, oil & gas.

Commercial Coordinator

Job Descriptions:

Responsible and report to the Team Lead Production in order to prepare all aspects of PJBM (oil sale and purchase agreement) including strategy, economic analysis, oil sales procedures, terms and conditions and  to ensure that all oil sales procedures to third parties are carried out procedurally and in accordance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor degree in petroleum engineering or relevant technical, economic and/or management discipline;

•  Minimum 5 years of strong working experience in upstream oil and gas /energy industry;

•  Have good working experience with SKK MIGAS and oil and gas Government institutions;

•  Have good understanding to the PTK-065/SKKMA0000/2017 regarding “Penunjukan Penjual dan Penjualan Minyak Mentah dan/atau Kondensat Bagian Negara”

•  Good experience in running commercial oil and gas at PSC with cost recovery system;

•  Demonstrated expertise in oil and gas offtake sales arrangements and related agreements.

•  High degree of computer literacy.

Tax Specialist

Job Description:

Implement and monitoring all tax matter as required by the company especially for up-stream oil and gas industry including but not limited to prepare and calculate corporate tax, national and foreign income tax, VAT, land and building tax, etc. 

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree preferably in Accounting or Tax;

• Minimum 3 years of experience in oil & gas industry;

• Fluent spoken and written English;

• Having the tax certification is an advantage (Tax Brevet A & B);

• Having knowledge about Tax Regulation in Indonesia especially PSC Exploitation tax;

• Comprehensive and knowledge in tax calculation (PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 23/26, PPh 25, PPh 4 (2), etc.);

• Comprehensive on using E-Faktur, E-Bukpot, E-SPT, E-Filling;

• Proficient in accounting software especially accurate software;

• Proficient in windows and Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel;

• Detail oriented, good communication skill, honest, strong responsibility and ability to work in a team.

Operation Manager

Job Descriptions:

Responsible and report to the General Manager in  order to oversee all functions within the Company’s Operations (including drilling, production, commercial, facilities, procurement & logistics, and administration).

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor or master degree in petroleum engineering or relevant technical and management discipline;

•  Minimum 10 years of strong working experience in upstream oil and gas /  energy industry, including 5 years of managerial positions in PSC;

•  Have good working experience with SKK MIGAS and oil and gas Government institutions;

•  Exposure to both Indonesian and international companies and projects preferred;

•  Good experience in running PSC operations will be an added advantage;

•  Able to demonstrate true leadership abilities, lead teams as well as be able to work independently

•  Demonstrated expertise in oil and gas offtake sales arrangements and related agreements.

•  High degree of computer literacy.
