Estimator

Job Description:

• Estimate, calculate, make report to client base on site survey, technical data (ex: P & ID, drawing, datasheet)

• Site survey

• Monitoring construction project

• Ensuring confirm with cost and schedule

• Lead in the management of specific project contract purchase order for material, equipment, resource cost, meeting, communicate relationship with client

Job Requirement:

• Age maximum 35 Year(s)

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Oil&Gas/EPC industry.

• Able to read P & ID, Calculate, Estimate, Budgeting and Optimalizing

• Experience on project field

• Willing to be located in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara

Commissioning Engineer

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the EPC industry and related field.

• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Project, MS Office, and related engineering software

• Able to be placed in Dumai, Riau

Business Development Supervisor

Job Requirement:

• Age minimum 35 Year(s)

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.

• At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in oil and gas or EPC industry

• Required Skill(s): Hardworker, good communication, independent, target oriented

• Fluent in English

• Stake Holder Management Skills

• Proven ability to negotiate

• Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy

• Conflict resolution

• The ability to self motivate and motivate a team

• willing to be located in Head Office, Jakarta Utara

Cost Control Staff

Job  Requirements:

• Candidate must be possess bachelor degree in engineering with specialization in Project Management or Cost Control related training.

• Min 5 years relevant and similar capacity in project estimating and cost controlling preferably in Offshore Construction/EPCIC industry

• Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting.

• Able to use MS Project, Primavera Scheduling and SAP softwares is highly advantageous

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous

• Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative.

• Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision.

• Willing to work in Head Office (Jakarta Utara)

Civil Engineer

Kualifikasi:

• Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya gelar Sarjana di bidang Teknik Sipil atau setara.

• Memiliki pengalaman setidaknya 2 tahun dalam tender atau bidding.

• Mampu menggunakan software StaadPro, SAP2000 dan lainnya.

• Memahamai membaca gambar.

• Mampu merancang struktur dan mengeluarkan produk kalkulasi perhitungan struktur.

• Bersedia di tempatkan di Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara

Electrical Engineer

Job requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree from Electrical engineering with minimum 2-3 years experiences in EPC/Oil & Gas industry

• Able to prepare/review electrical design basis

• Able to develop SLD

• Able to prepare BOQ/MTO electrical (cable schedule, cable power, travo, switchgear, control panel, cable tray, etc)

• Able to review/prepare Electrical drawings, DCS & PLC design basis

• Experience in FAT & SAT

• Willing to work at Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara (HO)

Junior Project Control

Job Requirement:

• Age maximum 35 Year(s)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field as Project Control in oil and gas project (EPC)

• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Project, S Curve, Time Schedule Project, Primavera

• Able to be placed in All Site.

Accounting Manager

Job Description:

• Prepare monthly Accounting report

• Review and setup Finance & Accounting procedure and policy

• Manage daily operation in finance, accounting, and tax department

• Maintain company daily operational that related with accounting field

Job Requirements:

• Age maximum 45 Year(s)

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as accounting/tax manager in EPC industry is preferable

• Required Skill(s): Accurate, Microsoft Office

• Mastering all about finance, accounting & taxation process

• Fluent in English

• Willing to be located in Gatot Subroto, Jakarta Selatan
