Archi Group is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Jakarta, PT. Karya Kreasi Mulia (KKM) – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

1. SENIOR EXPEDITOR (CODE : KKM/SE-I/21)

(Location : Jakarta Office)

Main Duties :

• To contact the vendor and confirming the availability of the order according to the expediting date stated on the offer and on the PO, and provide feedback to relevant Buyers when delays occur and for Buyers to take action on related vendors.

• Follow up with freight forwarding contractor on timely shipments of air freight, sea freight status and delivery position of materials and advises appropriate action.

• Provide feedback to relevant Buyers when delays occur and for Buyers to take action on related vendors.

• Provides suspension recommendations to Corp. Procurement Manager for vendors who repeatedly do not comply with the agreed expediting dates.

• Coordinate with end users as required on transport mode approvals related to P.O and take necessary action to communicate with vendors.

• For site gate passes (PAMITS), coordinate with Site Expeditor to get the PAMITS for vendor personnel’s for site material deliveries.

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field;

2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

3. Required Skill(s): SAP Hana, Logistic, Export, Import

4. Possessing a Customs Certification (PPJK) will be highly considered

5. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistic, Export, Import and Custom Management or equivalent.

6. High level of time management skills

7. Flexible and willing to travel for business, up to 25 % of total time

8. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

2. BUYER SPECIALIST (CODE : KKM/BS-I/21)

(Location : Jakarta Office)

Main Duties :

• Responsible for the procurement of raw materials, spare parts, equipment, services and project materials for the Company.

• Responsible for soliciting quotes and proposals in timely manner, conduct proposal evaluation and award business to the most appropriate supplier.

• Maintain proper documentation to ensure that suppliers have sufficient information to provide quality products.

• Order approved materials from approved qualified suppliers and maintain and update list of qualified suppliers.

• Maintain the accuracy of the expediting date for each order, and work closely with the Exepeditor in conducting expediting according to the date agreed upon by the vendor. Resolve any issues with the related vendor if it does not meet the expediting date according to the quotation.

• Assist Inventory Control with suggested inventory levels, reorder point, and recommends purchase quantities including forecasting and materials planning.

• Proven experience and strong ability to understand maintenance (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) and construction project materials

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree, preference in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering, but other disciplines will be considered equally.;

2. Minimum has 5 (five) years as Purchasing Officer/Buyer, specifically in Mining Environment;

3. SAP Hana literacy is highly considered;

4. Proven experience and strong abilityto understand maintenance (mechanical, electrical, instrumental) and construction project materials;

5. Clear and concise written and verbal communication;

6. High Level of time management skills;

7. Flexible and willing to travel for business, up to 20% total of time

8. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

3. PROCESS PLANT TRAINING COORDINATOR (CODE : PPTC-I/21)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

Duties :

• Comply with Government and company Occupational Health and Safety requirements;

• Conduct skill assessments and evaluations to determine the training needs;

• Conduct training classes includes field practical exercises;

• Assist with the development of training material;

• Assist in implementing INX system to record, monitor, evaluate and report all non-staff employee training;

• Prepare objective, safe and environmentally sound Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) for Process Operators;

• Ensure training records are maintained including participant evaluations, assessment tests, forms and certificates within the area of responsibility;

• Ensure confidentiality and security of training records and materials;

• Work with equipment suppliers and vendors to supply competency based training.

Requirements :

1. A High School graduate – preferably Diploma in Vocational Education and Training or the equivalent in Metallurgy or Mineral Processing Technology;

2. Certificate in training and assessing;

3. Minimum of seven (7) year experience working in the: Gold and Silver or/and Copper and Gold operations in mine or processing industry;

4. Minimum of four (4) year experience in supervisory level at mine or processing industry;

5. Minimum of three (3) year experience as trainer in Gold and Silver or/and Copper and Gold processing industry;

6. Previous experience in training and assessing roll;

7. Able to relieve process superintendent in their absence as required;

8. POP Certificate, highly appreciated;

9. Good communication skills in English;

10. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental practices.
