MINE SURVEYOR

Job description

Coordinate, control and direct all survey activities, develop survey methods and use of survey tools and coordinate with the Mine Operation Department and the HSE Department in order to ensure workplace safety conditions which include survey activities at the mine for mining operational needs, including those related to engineering, environmental and construction in order to support operational activities through the presentation of accurate, complete and timely data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering / geodesy

• Having experience in same position minimum 3 years

• Male, maximum 40 years

• Have POP certification

• Having excellence experience in surveyor mining procedure, road maintenance, civil design, HSE procedure, HRD procedure

• Able to work with deadline

• Have good communication & attention with detail

GEOLOGIST

Job description

GEOTECH & HYDRO ENGINEER

Job description

Carry out data collection, analysis and monitoring of geotech & hydro data in the project such as ensuring the stability or slope of the mine slope, dumping stability and being able to know the quality of soil and rock, characteristics and classification of rock masses, and calculation of slope safety factors in order to fulfill mining standard procedures and quality target clients to support the effectiveness of mining operations.

Preparing material, making lesson plans, providing training, coaching and assessments to mechanics and automotive electricians on all aspects of maintenance and repair of heavy equipment in the project in accordance with the curriculum, HSE standards and applicable procedures through effective coordination with related parties in order to generate energy qualified mechanical personnel in accordance with the competency standards that have been determined to support the achievement of the plant & maintenance targets dept.

Qualification:

• Minimal Education: Vocational High School with major of Electrical / Mechanical.

• Has work experience min 3 years in the same field.

• Has experience minimum 2 years as maintenance supervisor is preferred.

• Understand mining procedure, product knowledge, failure analysis, and heavy equipment.

• Have TOT certificate is a must.

MINE OPERATION TRAINER

Job description

Planning, compiling curricula and implementing training operation programs in projects covering aspects of mine operation and heavy equipment operation in accordance with the curriculum, competency standards, HSE standards and applicable procedures & Analyze training needs, create an operator assessment and evaluation program in order to ensure that operator competencies are met according to the criteria required by the Company to support the achievement of production targets in the project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in mining engineering is preferred

• Having at least 5 years experience in the same position

• Diploma / SMA with experience more than 10 years in mining industry

• Male, maximum 40 years

• Having excellence experience mine operation, equipment management, HSE procedure, HRD Procedure.

• Have POP certification is preferred

• Have TOT certification is a must

Qualification:

• Minimal Education: Vocational High School with major of Electrical / Mechanical.

• Has work experience min 10 years in the same field.

• Has experience minimum 5 years as maintenance supervisor is preferred.

• Understand mining procedure, product knowledge, failure analysis, HEMM component manufacturing & machining process, Total productive maintenance and Reliability centered maintenance.

• Have TOT certificate is a must.

MASTER MINE OPERATION TRAINER

Job description

Master Mine Operation Trainer is responsible for providing technical skill and knowledge of HEMM equipment operation through different modes of training like class room, simulator, practical equipment training & field training in the mines area, to enhance the safety awareness, productivity and efficiency of the equipment operation among the operators.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in mining engineering is preferred

• Having at least 10 years experience in the same position

• Diploma / SMA with experience more than 10 years in mining industry

• Male, maximum 40 years

• Having excellence experience operating large scale equipment like Komatsu/Belaz/ Hitachi/Liebherr Mine operation, equipment management, HSE procedure, HRD Procedure.

• Have POP certification is preferred

• Have TOT certification is a must

• Able to work with deadline

• Have good communication

• Having good analytical and managing improvement based on IPPF

• Able to handle supplier controlling, purchase orders/requisition controlling, expediting process

COST CONTROL SPECIALIST

Job Description

Responsible for compiling the budget compilation & evaluating the actual income and costs in the current year, and comparing with the budget; make an ABC (Activity Based Cost) and ABF (Activity Based Fuel) report on each of the Company's projects on a regular basis; conduct reconciliation, review and analyze costs both Direct Cost (fuel, hire etc.) and Indirect Cost (labor supply, etc.), through effective coordination with relevant departments to provide complete, accurate and timely cost information in support of smooth running improving the operational effectiveness and efficiency..

Qualification:

• Male, maximum age 40 years

• Min. Education S1 Mining Engineering, Economy, Management

• Have experience in the same field at least 3 years in mining company

• Have Finance for mining certification is preferred

• Understand the mining analyst process & Having the ability of financial analyst

• Having good communication skills

• Able to work under pressure
