Archi Indonesia is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi, PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

CONDITION MONITORING TRAINER (CODE : CMT-II/21)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

DUTIES :

• Budget and Preparation;

• Condition Monitoring;

• Review, analyse and report downtime data and propose remedial action and coordinate rectification work as necessary;

• Contribute to Root Cause Failure Analysis’s  on equipment failures, with the objective of understanding the failure modes and consequently, adapt the maintenance strategies and activities to prevent re-occurrences;

• In conjunction with Maintenance Planners, review and modify maintenance processes, procedures, servicing techniques, inspection periodicities or applicability to equipment;

• Optimize systems to identify plant/asset criticalities and mitigate failures;

• Lead the implementation of initiatives of continuous improvement;

• Provide technical assistance to other maintenance personnel;

• Collate & document monthly Condition Monitoring reports.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline e.g. Maintenance Management and Reliability, Mechanical, Physics or Electrical Engineering or at least 5 years as a condition monitoring technician, preferably in the mineral processing industry;

2. Fluent in English and Bahasa, oral and written;

3. Several years engineering experience in an industrial environment, preferably mining, but construction and other heavy industries including oil and gas, cement or manufacturing would be considered;

4. Detailed understanding and familiarity with condition monitoring techniques principles;

5. Understanding and previous experience of computerized maintenance management systems preferably SAP;

6. Accomplished and proficient computer literacy, specifically MS Word, Excel, MS Project or similar;

7. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
