1. Job Title: Contract Lead

Timika, 12 months

Provides input on the preparation of the contract strategy and planning documents. Prepares and manages the bid processes for construction, engineering and construction services contracts required for the execution of the Capital projects. Administer the construction, engineering and construction services contracts during the execution phase throughout close out. Manages the close out process for those administered contracts. Manages the Contract Administration System CAS.

• Expertise as Sr. Contract Engineer/Quantity Surveyor/Supply Chain

• Experience with large copper production and related facilities

3. Job Title: Cost Lead

• Expertise in Mining – International Project

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering

• 10+ years’ experience as Cost Engineer/Project Cost Controller/Supervision Engineer/Cost Control Analyst

• Expertise in the Road & Bridge Projects

• Managing & Controlling Operating expenditure (Opex) of Central Services Division.

• Direct, supervise, organize and control analysis of Jobsite Freeport Indonesia Capital projects on Authorized for Expenditure (AFE), study the scope of works, cost estimate, and drawings in order to prepare appropriate project budget and cost/cash flow, WBS, Cost report, Construction progress report and performance (QURR).

• Published Reports to related Sr. Management (VP) and area Manager to show project progress and as tools to effectively monitor and control cost for each project.

• Analyze variance and review SCN/FCN to have budget adjustment for Supplement if required.

4. Job Title: Planner/Scheduler

Timika, 12 months

• Expertise in Mining – International Project

• Expertise as Planning Engineer/ Schedule Engineer

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering

• 8+ years of progressive maintenance experience in a mining/manufacturing operation, including five (5) years in a leadership or supervisory role

• Expertise in in SAP, including all maintenance, operations, statistics, general, and related modules, tables, and files; and familiarity with other software related to maintenance functions and systems

• Skilled in resolving day-to-day questions/problems regarding equipment, materials, methods and procedures needed to complete projects.

• Skilled in budget preparation, monitoring and administration

• Requires competency in use of MS Office software

• Requires significant project organization experience

• Thorough understanding of the parts/materials management process, as well as, the SAP parts inventory process

• Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff from various levels throughout the organization

• Able to develop and maintain strong positive working relationships

• Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions

• Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards

5. Job Title: Support Services Coordinator

Timika, 12 months

• Coordinate the support services facilities such as accommodation, transportation, internet service, solid waste management with  and the contractors if required.

• Coordinate with  HR -Support the onboarding process  of the project’s team and project’s contractors , coordinate with the related  divisions the MCU, safety induction, accommodation booking, airport pick up and transportation ,Airfast booking if required .

• coordinate with  support services department the meals required for the project’s team at both staff and non-staff mess halls.

• coordinate the contractors and owner team site visits with  visitors division to ensure accommodation required and transportation from the airport to projects site are in order.

• oversees the owner camp rooms cleanliness, perform spot and physical checks to ensure the rooms cleanliness is up to the standard and report any issues related to rooms cleanliness to  support services department.

• it is required at times for the support services coordinator to meet the site visitors and new arrival at the airport, escort them to the safety induction center and to the UID center and finally to portsite.

• Coordinate and report any maintenance issues at the Owner team camp.

• Keep the support services Manager informed of issues and challenges that may rise to find suitable solutions

• Nature of work: Works on complex issues and implements solutions mostly through the determination of strategy and delegation to others in a group or functional area.

• Level of interaction: Often collaborates with managers and/or functional or site leaders and interacts with external EPC or EPCM colleagues.

• Autonomy/decision making: Works under moderate supervision and has some latitude to set objectives, priorities and timelines that may impact department or individual work group

• Managerial responsibility: Manages a specific program or project and may supervise people.

• Basic English

• Ability to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions

• Skill in effective communication, both verbal and written, including the ability to actively listen and to adapt behavior and communication style based upon the audience

• Ability to build trust and credibility with employees/peers and establish common goals and expectations

6. Job Title: Project Admin

Balikpapan, 6 months

-Arrange all administration regarding project administration and our employee needed

-Prepared ticket and hotel booking regarding business trip or personal trip our employee

-Responsible regarding filling all documents our employee

-Record, distribute and file all correspondence regarding the project (expense report, contract, call off, timesheet, invoicing process, etc.)

-Assist new employee – meet and greet and coordinate with recruitment division.

-Assist regular medical checks or PCR arrangement of all employee.

-Coordination and facilitate good communication between the client and our internal division.

Must have:

-Good in English (written and speaking)

-Resident in Balikpapan

-Only 1-5 year experience work as Admin in EPC Company.

7. Job Title: Construction Site Admin

Bengalon, Kalimantan, 6 months; renewal

This position is to manage general administration affairs for bengalon construction site and provide assistant to construction site manager.

-3+ years work experience with similar responsibilities in big company or construction site;

-College Degree at least;

-Skillful in oral and writing English;

-Strong skills on Windows Office Software Operation;

8. Job Title: Construction Civil Superintendent

Bengalon, Kalimantan, 6 months; renewal

This position is the Construction Civil Superintendent of Gasification Project which is executed by Gasification Project Execution Unit. The incumbent is accountable for the management of civil construction across early construction planning stage, site execution, Mechanical Completion and transferring to Commissioning, as well as final acceptance, for large-scale CTL (Coal to Liquide) projects. This job holder shall cover the management of construction safety, quality, schedule and field change control for designated scope.

-Indonesian

-Bachelor’s Degree of Civil Engineering

-15+ years construction management experience in industrial civil work and international company

-Good track record as civil Superintendent for mega gasification/chemical /petrochemical project site

-Be able to interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.

-Good communication skills to effectively manage contractors

-Experience of coal gasification /purification projects;

9. Job Title: Project Manager

Malang, 12 months

Typical PM JD managing Time, Scope, Cost etc.

Preferably experience in F&B and yeast production in particular (this is ingredients, not any alcoholic/non-halal plant)

The PM shall be full time on the project, located on site in East Java, and have sufficient Construction Management Experience; however a separate local construction manager is on site as well, so the vacant PM position focuses on the overall project and will be the first point of contact for the client

Preferred an experienced local Indonesian PM, but a expat PM already in Indonesia can be considered as well.

Due to the nature of the project, someone with a strong Process and/or MEP background is preferred.

Preferably experience in F&B and yeast production in particular (this is ingredients, not any alcoholic/non-halal plant)

Excellent communication skills

10. Job Title: Materials Handling /Warehouse Clerk

Timika, 12 months

• Education: Minimum High school degree.

• Language: Basic English.

• Preference: Local Timika hire

• To make sure all Materials are proper checked when received,

• Proper storage, proper record and report in daily basis for Receiving,

• Update Bin Locations,

• Issuing Materials,

• Issuing OSD reports if any,

• Maintain good stock inventory

• Store and handling materials according to Supplier recommendations

• to monitor and control Project Materials (Owner Purchased and Contractors Materials) from Portsite Jetty to PSPP laydown,

• to monitor and control Backloads containers, Backloads for Owners and Vendor Materials from PSPP laydown to Cargo Dock

• Maintain good housekeeping at store and Laydowns.

• Preparation to Close out the PSPP Projects
