Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi, PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

SR. DRILL & BLAST ENGINEER (CODE : SDBE-IV/21)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

Duties:

• Training of junior drill and blast engineers and information sharing of best practices to Sr Engineers, peers and managers;

• Maintenance of and further development of tools for the measurement of blast performance and plan compliances across all aspects of the business;

• Implement and lead Drill and Blast Improvement Programs including blast parameter test works and setting up tailored fit drill and blast parameters;

• Responsible in ensuring right and proper tie-ups and drill patterns are implemented in the field

• Responsible for ensuring QAQC KPIs are measured, reviewed and properly managed and maintained at high standards;

• Ensure contractors compliance with drill and blast plans and works are in-line with Company’s SOPs. Also ensures that the Contractor’s are achieving the desired KPIs;

• Prepare and manage high standard Blast Pattern Designs, Tie-Ups, Pre/Post blast analysis reports.

Requirements:

1. Graduated from mine engineering qualifications;

2. Have 5 - 10 years of directly related hard rock mine drilling and blasting activities;

3. Have strong knowledge and hands on experience of Blasting techniques and explosives application

4. Have knowledge related to HSE principles and procedures;

5. Have knowledge of Drilling techniques used (e.g. Pre-split, Development, Production and Diamond);

6. Experienced in blasting continuous improvement projects with measured result and KPI;

7. Certified as 2nd class blaster competency;

8. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
