CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Our company, a Multinational Oil & Gas Operator in Indonesia is currently seeking an experienced, highly passionate, proactive, good communicator, and safety-conscious professionals to take on a key role within the organization as Exploration Manager to support its business in Indonesia. In this role, you will be stationed in Jakarta office.

Exploration Manager

Minimum Bachelor degree in Geoscience from reputable university with at least 15-years experience in Oil and Gas Company, 7 years in leadership position managing Oil & Gas Exploration activities.

Required Competencies:

• Have demonstrable experience in full-cycle exploration experience including prospect generation, evaluation through drilling, post-drilling appraisal and a record of accomplishment of adding value

• In-Depth knowledge of seismic acquisition, processing, and interpretation

• Hands-on experience in probabilistic methods of risk assessment and resource estimation

• Advance or Expert proficiency in geological computer applications, including software such as Petrel and Basin modeling.

• Strong leadership skill

• Advance strategic decision making skill

• Advance project management skill
