1. Job Title: Assistant Manager HSSE

Balikpapan 12 months No rotation

• Bachelor of Environmental or other related degree of Engineering.

• 10+ years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.

• Experienced as HSSE Lead in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater

• Experienced in Performing Coordination with Client and Construction Site HSSE Issues in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater

• Experienced in Performing Construction Sites Safety Management and Establishment of HSSE management plan & procedures

• Excellent knowledge of relevant internationally recognized Codes and Standards.

• Has working knowledge for computer programs application in design activities.

• Expertise maintaining effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.

2. Position Title: Senior Officer HSSE

Balikpapan 12 months; no rotation

• At least a Bachelor of Science or Engineering Field.

• 7+ years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).

• Has experience as HSSE Officer in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater

• Has Experience in Performing Coordination with Client and Construction Site on HSSE Issues _in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater

• Has Experience in Performing Construction Sites Safety Management and Establishment of HSSE management plan & procedures

• Has experience in HSSE management system

• Has ability in quality management, schedule, and man-hour control of the Engineering Work from Engineering through mechanical Completion and Operational Acceptance with a high level of quality

• Has experience (certified) in developing of the following HSSE Methodologies and procedure in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater:

o HAZID (Hazard Identification) study

o HAZOP (Hazards & Operability) study

o Fire Risk Analysis / Explosion Analysis

o SIL (Safety Integrity Level) Study

o Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)

o Has experience in performing QRA (Quantitative Risk Assessment) and Project QA Audit in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater

• Understands Crane safety devices and certification, Basic Scaffolding safety requirements, Oxygen and Acetylene cutting sets, compressed gas cylinder safety, Hand tools and power tools safety.

• Must have the level of Construction safety knowledge that supports the details in the CV submitted.

3. Position Title: Project Reporting Lawe-Lawe

Balikpapan 16 Months;

• At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree

• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).

• 7+ (seven) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.

• Has experience in updating and reporting project’s monthly progress (Schedule Level I, Level II, Level III).

• Has experience in developing the man power histograms for each project and work location.

• Has experience in subcontract and purchase order report.

• has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices

• has been principal engineer responsible for the reporting of similar projects

• Has excellent capability to perform sensitivity analysis on the CPM schedule to determine potential areas of slippage and corrective action to be taken.

• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

4. Job Title: Deputy Project Field Engineer

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe 24 months No rotation

• 10+ years minimum industry experiences ( Oil & Gas )

• Expertise as Construction Manager or Superintendent in Refinery project

• Bachelor Degree in MECHANICALEngineering 

Responsibilities:

• Maintains HSE focus within the team to ensure OHSE requirements included in design and procurement.

• Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to: personal well-being; healthy and safe workplaces and activities; and continuously improve Company’s health, safety and environmental performance

• Establish, maintain and build healthy client relationships.

• Proactively resolve performance, scope and schedule issues with the Client as they arise.

• Identify, document, communicate and meet the client’s requirements

• Effectively manage assigned budgets within Company’s’ total scope.

• Ensure compliance with WPMP.

• Ensure compliance with requirements of the contract.

• Apply effective change control process..

• Contribute to the development of overall project schedule.

• Supervise work in accordance with the approved schedule

• Monitor the closure of all identified risks and opportunities.

• Set clear objectives to the design team, including achieving productivity and budget targets.

• Ensure the design team aware of, and complies with, client’s Basis of Design and apply regulations and codes.

5. Job Title: Analyst Expediting & Custom Clearance Officer

Balikpapan 29 months; no rotation

• At least a Bachelor degree in Logistic

• 10+ (ten) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.

• Has experience in HSSE management system

• To ensure the clearing of good from the Customs within the shortest possible time.

• To ensure that Annual Customs Duty Exemption is obtained and applied for all applicable items

• Oversee the overall assignments of the Air freight and Sea freight Customs Clearance Officers.

• Prepare Customs Duty Exemption Form for materials and components, submit to the Ministry of Industry and Electricity, and get the approval.

• Receive and verify necessary clearing documents from Foreign Purchase Officer, translate invoices, and forward them to the Customs Broker.

• Follow-up with the Customs Brokers for clearance of imported items within the shortest possible time and/or the agreed time frame.

• Request and get approval for payment of Customs Duty on non-exempted items. Forward the advance payment requests to Accounts for releasing the cheque.

• Receive invoices from Custom Broker, scrutinize and get approval for payment from the Accounts Manager and passing it to Accounts.

• Control and update quantity of exempted items in system in order to monitor the balance available quantities.

• Follow up of customs duty refund claims from Customs authorities.

• Follow up for the clearance of undertakings given related to imported materials clearance and keep proper records for all pending cases.

• Prepare all documents for import shipments.

• Observe all changes related to customs duty exemptions, tariff, etc., and act accordingly

• Has a good medical record

• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

6. Job Title:  Field Surveyor (QS) - Mechanical

Balikpapan 24 months

Job description:

• Verify Bill of Quantities including Quantity take‐off refer to Construction Drawing

• Join Survey with Contractors to verify progress claims submitted by Contractors.

• Liaise with Contractor’s QS on progress payments and variation orders.

• Measurement, Taking-Off of Quantities, familiar with Bill of Quantities, etc.

• Identify additional and subtraction of quantities

• Assist Project Reporting Coordinator in monitoring physical progress

• Attend Site Meetings and take charge of all clients' request / feedbacks

Requirements:

- Willing to work in Balikpapan

- Expertise in Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical Project.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical

- 7+ years experiences in Construction Stage

- Responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic

- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills

- Good communication and written skills in English

- Able to read Construction Drawing

- Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

- Preferable from Balikpapan Area and nearby

7. Job Title: Construction Civil Superintendent

Jakarta/Bengalon, Kalimantan, 12 months; renewal

Gasification Project Execution Unit (Coal to Methanol).

The incumbent is accountable for the management of civil construction across early construction planning stage, site execution, Mechanical Completion and transferring to Commissioning, as well as final acceptance, for large-scale CTL (Coal to Liquide) projects. This job holder shall cover the management of construction safety, quality, schedule and field change control for designated scope.

• Indonesian

• Bachelor’s Degree of Civil Engineering

• 15+ years construction management experience in industrial civil work and international company

• Good track record as Civil Superintendent for mega gasification/Coal/chemical /petrochemical project site

• Be able to interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.

• Good communication skills to effectively manage contractors

• Experience of coal gasification /purification projects; 

8. Job Title: Construction Site Admin

Jakarta/Bengalon, Kalimantan, 12 months; renewal

• This position is to manage general administration affairs for bengalon construction site and provide assistant to construction site manager.

• Set up meetings for site team as request, provide logistic service; Also manage the meeting room utilizations;

• Maintain BSP books for site team members, check progress and remind team to get completion on time; Conduct site office inspections together with manager; Play team convener role during office emergency drill;

• Provide supports to team members and visitors on traveling management, including VISA application process, transportation and hotel booking, etc.;

• Order safety equipment, tools, miscellaneous material for site;

• Collect team members’ expense reports and submit to manager for approval, transfer invoice envelops to financial department;

• Remind team to report labor hours timely, maintain team overtime work and leave records;

• Termly check team’s Learnex course training status, and generate reports;

• Support events of site such as celebration, seminar, contractor award ceremony;

• Mange site cleaner to make sure the office sanitary;

•  Ensure site office tools and equipment at good status for service;

• Arrange site commuter bus properly, record driver’s mileage.

Must Have:

1. 5+ years plus years work experience with similar responsibilities in big company or construction site;

2. College Degree at least;

3. Skillful in oral and writing English;

4. Strong skills on Windows Office Software Operation;

9. Job Title: Field Engineer SPM

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe 6 Months

• Willing to work in Balikpapan no rotation

• Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree

• 5+ years working experience in O&G, Refinery, or Pharmaceutical

• Practical PMC Key Subject Matter Expertise in Offshore pipelaying, SPM/PLEM installation and landfall of offshore pipelines

• Must have site experience as Field Engineer/Construction Supervisor/Construction Superintendent/Construction Manager or similar to such.

• Has worked on pipelaying barge[s] – preferably in an OWNER/PMC role

• Familiar with Marine Spread and logistics from shore to offshore. Know how to handle pipelay barges, risks (HSSE, Quality and Environment)

• Design and theoretical experience is not desired for this FIELD position

• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).

• Has experience in HSSE management system.

• Has experience as SPM / Naval related position especially design the of entire offshore facility of SPM and mooring, design criteria, specifications, performing mooring and SPM buoy design analysis, reviewing and implementing government regulations and industry codes.

• Has an excellent knowledge of the latest edition of relevant internationally recognized Codes and Standards.

• Has working knowledge of the applicable software to the SPM & Mooring design.

• Has a strong leadership and good interpersonal skill.

• Has ability to maintain effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed Engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.

• Has ability in quality management, schedule, and man-hour control of the Engineering Work from Engineering through mechanical Completion and Operational Acceptance with a high level of quality.

• Excellent knowledge about Indonesian’s Oil and Gas Rules and Regulation upon project assignment.

• Has a good medical record.

• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

10. Job Title: Field Mechanical Engineer – Static & Rotating

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe, 12 months

• Local Indonesia

• Willing to work in Balikpapan no rotation

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering

• 7+ years of experience in oil and gas and petrochemical project.

• Experienced as Mechanical field supervisor especially for Major Mechanical Equipment such as steam Boiler, sphere tank, process vessels and others Mechanical equipment for Process and Utilities plant.

• Expertise in API, ANSI, ASME, AWS, TEMA, NACE, ASTM

• Able to to perform fields supervisory for Mechanical equipment installation and testing with a high level of quality.

• Expertise in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Management System.

• Expertise in the use of computer programs.

• Good interface with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed construction in mechanical activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
