Archi Indonesia is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi, PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

OHS MS INTERNAL AUDITOR (CODE : OMIA-V/21)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

Duties :

• Develop internal and external audit management system programme based on SMKP and ISO requirements Prepare annual audit schedule for departments and contractors and assign Internal audit members to be involved in accordance with man days requirements;

• Coordinate with auditees at departments and contractors to ensure their preparedness and availability during the audits;

• Review department and contractor’s business process and documentation where the audit will be conducted as per the scope of audit;

• Conduct document and field verification audits methodologically by taking appropriate and sufficient sampling;

• Write the findings of the audit following the PLOR and communicate them to the auditees either during the audit or closing meetings;

• Present audit findings and recommendations;

• Develop and submit the formal audit report to the relevant parties on time;

• Input all the audit report into the database (INX) and assign to responsible person;

• Following up the audit findings to the related department and contractors to ensure the corrective actions have been completed and verified;

• Provide follow up recommendation for management system continual improvements;

• Develop internal audit members in department and contractors to be certified SMKP an ISO internal auditors;

• Organize external audits with third party certification body for ISO or SMKP as required.

Requirements :

1. Graduated in occupational health and safety;

2. Have experience minimum 3 years conducting management system audits in mining industry

3. Have SMKP and ISO Audit certificate to be preferred;

4. Have good knowledge of the SMKP, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO19011;

5. Have developed SMKP, ISO management system and conducted internal audit and certification process;

6. Have understanding of the company structure and procedures;

7. Have solid understanding of risk;

8. Have methodical way of thinking;

9. Have good evaluation skills;

10. Have good written skill both in Bahasa Indonesia and English;

11. Have excellent knowledge of root cause and corrective action processes;

12. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
