1. POSITION  : FOOD SAFETY/HYGIENE SPECIALIST

Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE Project

Education  : DIPLOMA / University Graduate on Technical Major

Seniority  : Expert

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Minimum of a science or engineering academic Diploma from a COMPANY recognized educational institution.

2. Obtain professional certification in industrial hygiene (i.e. Higiene Industri Muda - HIMU) is a must.

3. Experienced in managing food safety aspects in oil and gas construction projects for minimum 3 years.

4. Knowledge of applicable food safety practices and regulations, and the ability to implement and apply COMPANY’s Food Safety Standards and Practices.

5. Formal training in general food safety and must possess a valid certificate from COMPANY recognized authority attesting to his/her safety training and qualifications.

6. Food Safety Specialist must hold the HACCP certificate and / or FSMS ISO 22000.

7. Good in English, both in oral and written.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Anticipate, identify and evaluate health related substandard conditions and practices at the workplaces.

2. Perform appropriate industrial hygiene monitoring programs.

3. Implement appropriate control methods, procedures and program incompliance with all government regulations and recognized international standards; including PPE management programs.

4. Ensure the performance of industrial hygiene monitoring equipment’s through periodic maintenance and calibration.

5. Ensure Food Safety program’s implementation meeting Tangguh Expansion Project’s requirements.

6. Deliver industrial hygiene programs with close coordination with the Tangguh Ops Site Industrial Hygiene team.

7. Provide health hazards awareness program to relevant workers.

8. Document and maintain records of activities for review and audit programs.

2. POSITION  : TRANSPORT COORDINATOR (AT SITE)

6. Asset Accounting. Capability to monitor all activities related to yearly and periodical management information flows of the accounting of assets, from purchase to disposal, in accordance with company requirements and in compliance with laws and tax regulations and in accordance with Saipem accounting principles and instructions, including the topics related to the depreciations of the assets and their effects in legal and tax terms.

7. Business Support Services Management. Knowledge of processes, supplier market solutions, tools, laws and regulations, company guidelines and procedures relevant to: Car Fleet, Travel, Courier, Archive, Printing, Access Control. Independent in managing back-office and front-end activities. Ability to manage stakeholder’s relationship (internal client, service providers).

9. Building Management. Knowledge of processes, tools, laws and regulations, company guidelines and procedures relevant to office cleaning, workplace moving, building plants maintenance. Capability to manage services providers, monitoring direct costs and services volumes evolution. Capability to manage relations with all stakeholders involved (management, internal clients, external auditors, providers, etc.).

10. Cost Controlling. Knowledge of cost controlling basic principles and relative internal practices and procedure, capability to forecast and monitor cost evolution, to run cost analysis and to define optimization plan.

11. Management of Contractual General Terms and Conditions. Knowledge of the subject, capability to set-up technical T&C and to identify and to manage contractual risks and opportunities.

12. Real estate Services Management. Knowledge of the subject. Ability to identify real estate solutions, maintain owned and leased facility portfolio activities & drive value in real estate operations. Ability in negotiating terms of commercial lease (new leases, renewals or property purchases), ability in managing stakeholder’s relationship (internal client, Real estate agencies, Owners). Knowledge of rental market condition and prices and main office utilization cost drivers.

13. Space planning. Knowledge of the subject (process, tool, hse regulation, company guidelines, company layout typical), capability to independently handle layout projects, managing relations with all stakeholders involved (internal clients, facility provider, management).

14. Security Management System and methodologies. Knowledge of: Saipem Security policies, guidelines, security management system, internal organization, including Saipem Sustainability Model - International and Company guidelines, methodologies and applications related to physical security information security (data protection) - National and international legislation regarding security activities - Types of organizations, method of operation of simple and complex, static and dynamic security organizational structures - Main company management instruments and methods based on economic and management control principles (e.g. cost monitoring) - Security Contract Management (SLA, SoW, etc.) - Methodologies for managing security contracts, subcontracts and their amendments Capability to manage costs, budgets and forecasts in relation to the security activities.

15. Company Organization. Understand: - Organizational structures, main duties, responsibilities and powers of roles/positions, interactions between different structures; - Operational and business models - Governance model of Group companies/branches.

16. Company Processes and Procedures. Understand processes and procedures related to: - staff, business support, business activities - compliance and governance. Be able to carry out the operations in compliance with applicable procedures.

17. Continuous improvement. Knowledge of good practices, tools, behaviors to be acted in gap analysis, concept design, prototyping. Capability to identify and propose process or product innovations.

18. Purchasing process management. Knowledge and ability to manage the Purchasing process procedures and best practices

19. Vendor Qualification and Performance monitoring process. Knowledge and ability to manage the company vendor qualification process, vendor feedback process and vendor data base.

20. Strong in communication skill & interpersonal skill

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Familiar to supervision Installation of Instrument, Telecom & Automation

• Work Experience on Oil & Gas Construction with good quality

• Work Experience with similar activity at Yard as Supervisor

• Able to Manage the installation and work with other discipline as project team and then report to the management on both Karimun Yard and Paris.

• Have deep experience of offshore hook up activities (> 5 years)

• Multidiscipline coordination experience

• Have experience of shutdown preparation and work during shutdown period

• Strong written and spoken English.

• Strong leadership skills with a team orientated mindset.

• Constructability and methods studies. Knowledge of advanced constructability and methods studies. Ability to supervise and execute the application of constructability and methods studies. Ability to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall project by taking into account construction constrains and opportunities in the bid phase, on earlier phases of the project, and along the project execution. Ability to perform analysis and studies to integrate the work sequences in order to optimize the full construction chain.

• Personnel rightsizing. Knowledge of the concept of personnel rightsizing and the methodologies to estimate the needed number of resources and their skills in order to meet project milestones and targets. Ability to supervise and review the process of rightsizing of the working teams, the assignation of project team activities and the definition of technical roles and tasks.

• Project technical documents. Ability to read and interpret technical project documents such as isometrics, standards for supports, P&IDs, piping arrangements, plot plants, alignment sheet, project installation procedures. Ability to identify possible issues in the documentation and to promptly take corrective actions.

• Precommissioning procedures. Knowledge of pre-commissioning procedures including but not limited to pre-commissioning tests, continuity tests, meggering tests, tight tests for cable connections and lack tests for process tubing. Ability to execute pre-commissioning activities and to supervise the activities in order to reach the mechanical completion. Ability to ensure the progress is reported according to the company systems.

• Fabrication and installation techniques. Familiarity with fabrication and installation techniques in order to: - ensure effective inter-function relationships in the entire EPIC chain – understand and follow compliance with project requirements - correctly define the quality and timing of deliverables (engineering and procurement) - correctly define the quality and timing of deliverables (engineering and procurement) - monitor deviation from planned workflow and deliverables reception, correctly activating the management of change process to implement the best corrective actions (to support fabrication at site and grant correct project execution).

• Fabrication yard & Hook-up support activities. Knowledge of construction engineering aspects of the project. Capability to interface with the construction team at Yard and with project E/P team for Engineering and procurement aspects. Capability to find optimized solutions to the engineering modifications raised during fabrication, providing timing and resolute feedback, mark-up solutions and collecting lesson learnt for future projects. Knowledge commissioning and of hook-up methodologies execution setup and follow up.

• Hook-up activities executions. Specific knowledge and site experience of multidisciplinary hook-up works, and their coordination with construction activities, offshore installation, marine spread operations and commissioning sequences. Specific ability to work offshore in Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) with other contractors and / or plant operations. Work experience on both green field and brown field hook up works.

• Hook-up engineering. Capability to develop, coordinate and supervise hookup engineering, including: - identification of multidisciplinary hook-up activities, - interfacing with other departments (engineering, procurement, T&I, HSE), - preparing hook-up procedures,- defining hook-up scope of works including technical bid evaluations, assembling of necessary hook-up documentation in Work Packages for each involved discipline

• Job cards technical support Capability to prepare offshore manpower histogram and hook-up job cards based on hook-up scope of work and in accordance with the defined plans for construction, installation and commissioning. Liaising with project control and project management for setting up and managing workflow processes and information exchange and capitalization.

• Engineering project documents Management. Capability to analyse engineering documents (e.g. Instruction to Tender, Saipem and subcontractor documents, etc.) identifying improvement areas in terms of cost/time optimization.

• Engineering technical bid evaluation. Capability to perform technical evaluation of vendor bids with reference to Discipline items, bulk material and subcontracted work packages, according to Corporate standards and procedures

• Subcontractor/supplier management and Control. Knowledge and ability to follow HOSE contractual aspects related to subcontracted activities. Knowledge of sub-contract management. Ability to set and monitor quantities executed and cost for subcontracted activities as per contractual terms. Knowledge of contractual and legal aspects of the operational country.

• Cost Control. Knowledge of cost control techniques. Capability to implement and manage a cost control system for activities/projects. Knowledge of techniques for measuring performance and progress of economic data, and for allowing evaluation of risks. Ability to apply cost control techniques and ability to analyse and control activity/project revenues and costs, and to monitor progress and value of work done. Capability to identify economical issues and propose mitigations in coordination with contract management team(s).

• Project Planning. Knowledge of applicable standards linked to the project planning processes. Capability to ensure planning, scheduling, development, execution, monitoring, controlling and implementation set-up for Progress Measurement System in accordance with the project complexity. Capability to ensure that any deviation from plan is promptly spotted and analysed, the final time impact is estimated and the effect of corrective actions taken is monitored.

• Project materials post order management. Knowledge of supply chain process (engineering, purchasing, production and fabrications, assembling, packing, transportation, clearing through customs, preservation and installation). Ability to focus on Project objectives and Purchase Order requirements in terms of performance, quantities and quality characteristics, time schedule and cost (expediting, quality control during manufacturing stages, shipping and customs activities of purchased goods). Ability to planning, coordinating, executing, monitoring and improving post order process for goods

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Provide Hook-up inputs to the engineering reviews (Constructability, 3D model, HAZID, etc.).

• Participate in the execution of the Hook-up engineering, including identification of multidisciplinary Hook-up activities, preparation of Hook-up procedures and assembling of necessary project documentation in disciplines Work Packages

• Liaise with Hook-up Planning and Control Analyst for setting up Hook-up Job Cards based on scope of work and in accordance with the defined plans for construction, installation and commissioning

• Elaborate Hook-up project deliverables list and ensure that documents and procedures are developed and issued accordingly

• Define the preparation of Subcontracts scopes and Technical Bid Evaluations related to Hook-up activities

• Ensure the correct interfaces with other project functions during Hook-up engineering activities

• Collect red mark-up engineering documents at site for final As-Built drawings preparation

• Support Hook-up Manager ensuring the necessary follow-up of Hook-up engineering activities either from Home Office, Yard or Site, including inputs for Job Cards updating as necessary

• Supervise the analysis of Hook-up requirements relevant to Welding, Painting, Coating and Quality Control activities and the implementation of any special requirement, ahead the offshore campaign
