Archi Group is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Jakarta, PT. Karya Kreasi Mulia (KKM) – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

SENIOR EXPEDITOR (CODE : KKM/SE-I/21)

(Location : Jakarta Office)

Main Duties :

• To contact the vendor and confirming the availability of the order according to the expediting date stated on the offer and on the PO, and provide feedback to relevant Buyers when delays occur and for Buyers to take action on related vendors.

• Follow up with freight forwarding contractor on timely shipments of air freight, sea freight status and delivery position of materials and advises appropriate action.

• Provide feedback to relevant Buyers when delays occur and for Buyers to take action on related vendors.

• Provides suspension recommendations to Corp. Procurement Manager for vendors who repeatedly do not comply with the agreed expediting dates.

• Coordinate with end users as required on transport mode approvals related to P.O and take necessary action to communicate with vendors.

• For site gate passes (PAMITS), coordinate with Site Expeditor to get the PAMITS for vendor personnel’s for site material deliveries.

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field;

2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

3. Required Skill(s): SAP Hana, Logistic, Export, Import

4. Possessing a Customs Certification (PPJK) will be highly considered

5. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistic, Export, Import and Custom Management or equivalent.

6. High level of time management skills

7. Flexible and willing to travel for business, up to 25 % of total time

8. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
