We are looking for HR Generalist in Indonesia. This is a permanent opportunity and its location is Jakarta, Indonesia.

What will you be doing:

In this role, you will need to support department head to resolve any issues regarding manpower through providing integrated HR solution, address and collaborate with Department Head regarding HR strategic issue as consultant for employee and Dept Head

As HR Generalist, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Employee relations support

• Employee Engagement support

• Pensions & Benefits

• Payroll, tax, social security

• Time & Attendance

• Occupational Health & wellbeing

• Project work relating to local implementation of business initiatives

• Specific reporting

• WeBuy (Indirect Purchasing tool) 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Psychology / Industrial Engineering / Management / Law

• More than 8 years’ experience in similar job (HR Industry)

• Good analytical, communication, coordination and administrative skills, excellent reporting skills, also fluent in spoken and written English

• Structured and well-planned way of working

• Having good knowledge in IM skills

• Having good knowledge in SAP or HRIS is advantages

You will be more successful if you have:

• Good knowledge in IR and understand immigration process
