We are seeking experienced people for the following positions:

EOI – Officer HR (926821)

(Wahana)

In this role, you will:

• Ensure HRIS data and site payroll obtain all relevant records/information.

• Assist site recruitment staff and non-staff, including posting vacancies and fielding employee questions

• Assist Superintendent HR with managing time frame of recruitment process

• Keeping abreast of employee – Industrial Laws, Legislation, Rules, Regulations and case decisions

What skills and experience do you need?

• Minimum Diploma Degree with 3 year-experiences in HR field preferably from mining industry.

• Experience in dealing with Manpower Department

• Good computer system knowledge (MS Office)

• Good communication in English (written and verbal)

EOI – Deputy Manager Mining (926795)

(Jakarta)

In this role you will:

• Assist Mining Manager to co-ordinate all mining superintendent and All supervisors in the workplace of the removal of overburden/inter burden in a safe, effective manner on time and within budget in a designated area

• Ensure the selection of projects that match objectives of Business Plan by ensuring risks in tender and contract conditions are recognised and accounted for.

• Plan, direct, monitor and reconcile the technical aspect of the mining operations  including daily, short to long term (annual) plans, operational performance, blast design and sequencing, rehabilitation, drainage and road design, to assist in achieving agreed coal production targets.

• Familiar with the current Mine Plan and future deployment of equipment within area of responsibility.

• Check daily production figures and use them to address the problem areas.

• Minimize coal losses and dilution when removing inter burden to maximize the reverse

• Ensure ROM areas are maintained with good drainage and minimize contamination during loading.

• Analyse and review the system, procedures and equipment utilised within the mine and recommend improvements to enhance coal production.

• Maintain team performance.

• Provide regular feedback and mentor the growth and development of direct reports.

• Involve in annual assessment process and proactively seek for development plans.

• Ensure development plan is available for team members so that they keep up with required skills & competencies for current and future roles.

• Builds coaching and mentoring process to sped development of future leaders.

• Monitors team or area performance and keeps people informed of progress to ensure delivery against objectives.

• Manage workplace conflict

• Identify the views of other business areas or teams to ensure a broad perspective is gained.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Graduate from Tertiary Degree in Mine Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum of 7 years previous experience in a similar role experience in large open cut mining operation of which at least one or two years in production/service supervision/ management role.

• Comprehensive knowledge in mining equipments.

• Has certified in “Madya” Certification.

• Computer literacy.

• Financial reporting & concepts

• OHS&E requirements Legislative and statutory requirements

Supervisor Auto Electrical (926791)

(Sangatta)

In this role, you will:

• Ensure all necessary actions are taken to rectify any faults identified by the inspections, in accordance with the correct procedures

• Responsibility to avoid re-work jobs

• Quality assurance for all workshop and field tasks, achieved by continual monitoring of work in progress and the procedures that are being used.

• All maintenance reports to be completed accurately and on time.

• Ensure personal accurately complete personal time cards daily.

• Ensure when approving store issues that that parts are required and the most cost effective repair option is being used, this includes the option of alternative brand parts

• Assist in make minor changes to plan schedule to accommodate breakdown repairs, and prioritization from mining department

• Ensure all parts required for breakdowns and know work are ordered promptly and their progress checked regularly with warehousing and planning

• Ensure correct manpower levels for shutdown work with planning department

• Ensure work is completed on time and operations are notified

• Ensure completed equipment is registered with plant dispatcher and transferred to the GO-LINE

What skills and experience do you need?

• Minimum degree in Technical high school, Auto Electrical Trade Specialist

• 3 years’ experience in electrical repair and supervision in the mining industry. Planning of electrical repair.

• Have a certain capacity of communication with subordinates and mechanic
