1. Job Title: Finance and Tax Admin

Jakarta | Probation Until Dec 2021

Job Descriptions:

1.    Finance;

a. Responsible to receive, sort, check, make correction (if necessary), and record incoming project invoices according to the existing workflow

b. Ensure payment to suppliers are issued as per contract agreements and in timely manner

c. Update periodically project plan/actual spending

d. Prepare and align with accounting project monthly spending reports

2.    Tax (PE);

a. Responsible for tax calculation checking and correction from tax consultant (i.e VAT, WHT, BPT)

b. Responsible for proper tax administration, documentation, report, and recording

c. Cross-check incoming invoices of PE expenses related to the above points

d. Collaborate with our tax consultant in handling project tax open topics and correspondence

e. Brevet A and B certificate

f. Coordinate and organize planning, consider and pay corporate taxes to be efficient, accurate, timely, and in accordance with applicable government regulations.

g. Plan and consolidate corporate taxation to ensure costs and regulations on taxation, implement and approve the implementation and development of standardized compensation, facilities, renewal systems (awards and penalties) of the company.

h. Foster networks needed by companies related to banks, taxes, clients and subcontracts

3.    Administration;

a. Supporting in project monthly reports preparation

b. Supporting other project administrations tasks

4.    Others

a. Handle other task as assign by supervisor

Requirements:

1.    Bachelor degree in Finance/Tax Administration

2.    Have min 2 – 4 years’ experience working as finance/tax admin

3.    Have sufficient knowledge in local tax and finance regulations

4.    Experience working in EPC projects would be preferable

2. Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Papua; 12 months

 

Quantity surveyors manage the costs on a construction project. They help to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget.

• 10+ years as Quantity Surveyor/Project Control/Estimator/Cost Engineer

• Mining or Renewable Energy Plant Expert

• Verify Bill of Quantities including Quantity take‐off refer to Construction Drawing

• Join Survey with Contractors to verify progress claims submitted by Contractors.

• Liaise with Contractor’s QS on progress payments and variation orders.

• Measurement, Taking-Off of Quantities, familiar with Bill of Quantities, etc.

• Identify additional and subtraction of quantities

• Assist Project Reporting Coordinator in monitoring physical progress

• Attend Site Meetings and take charge of all clients' request / feedbacks

3. Job Title: Tanks Engineer

Balikpapan; 12 months

- Local Indonesia

- Willing to work in Balikpapan no rotation

- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering

- 10+ years of experience in oil and gas and petrochemical project.

- Experienced as Mechanical field engineer

- Expertise in API, ANSI, ASME, AWS, TEMA, NACE, ASTM

- Daily oversight over tank construction field activities as PMC on behalf of Owner

- Compliance oversight over work method statements and procedures

- SME advisory to Owner on safe construction execution of stationary equipment.

- SME in API tankage construction

- Compliance oversight over minimum quality requirements being achieved during construction phase

- Oversee the testing of tankage prior to commissioning 

4. Job Title: Governance & Compliance Lead

Jakarta, 12 months

- Need excellent English as functional report will be in HQ

- 10+ years working in Governance & Compliance Division

- Deliver, manage, implement, provide input to the Indonesian corporate compliance system.

- Implemented Anti-Bribery and Corruption programs for the private sector (not just govt) likely to have an O&G background in Jakarta and can deliver the training, to the internal employees and also can deliver to vendors.

- Need some exposure to economic trade/sanctions, competition law, and data privacy policies.

- Needs to have experience with vendor assessment, supply chain assessment.

- US Dept of Justice and UK Acts are the guiding principles.

5. Job Title: Analyst Expediting & Custom Clearance Officer

Balikpapan 29 months; no rotation

• At least a Bachelor degree in Logistic

• Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Project Expert

• 10+ (ten) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.

• Has experience in HSSE management system

• To ensure the clearing of good from the Customs within the shortest possible time.

• To ensure that Annual Customs Duty Exemption is obtained and applied for all applicable items

• Oversee the overall assignments of the Air freight and Sea freight Customs Clearance Officers.

• Prepare Customs Duty Exemption Form for materials and components, submit to the Ministry of Industry and Electricity, and get the approval.

• Receive and verify necessary clearing documents from Foreign Purchase Officer, translate invoices, and forward them to the Customs Broker.

• Follow-up with the Customs Brokers for clearance of imported items within the shortest possible time and/or the agreed time frame.

• Request and get approval for payment of Customs Duty on non-exempted items. Forward the advance payment requests to Accounts for releasing the cheque.

• Receive invoices from Custom Broker, scrutinize and get approval for payment from the Accounts Manager and passing it to Accounts.

• Control and update quantity of exempted items in system in order to monitor the balance available quantities.

• Follow up of customs duty refund claims from Customs authorities.

• Follow up for the clearance of undertakings given related to imported materials clearance and keep proper records for all pending cases.

• Prepare all documents for import shipments.

• Observe all changes related to customs duty exemptions, tariff, etc., and act accordingly

• Has a good medical record

• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

6. Job Title: Cost Engineer

Timika, 12 months

•  Expertise in Mining or Renewable Energy – International Project

•  Bachelor of Civil Engineering

•  10+ years’ experience as Cost Engineer/Project Cost Controller/Supervision Engineer/Cost Control Analyst

•  Expertise in the Road & Bridge Projects

•  Managing & Controlling Operating expenditure (Opex) of Central Services Division.

•  Direct, supervise, organize and control analysis of Jobsite Client Indonesia Capital projects on Authorized for Expenditure (AFE), study the scope of works, cost estimate, and drawings in order to prepare appropriate project budget and cost/cash flow, WBS, Cost report, Construction progress report and performance (QURR).

•  Published Reports to related Sr. Management (VP) and area Manager to show project progress and as tools to effectively monitor and control cost for each project.

•  Analyze variance and review SCN/FCN to have budget adjustment for Supplement if required.

7. Job Title: Contract Administrator

Timika, 12 months

Provides input on the preparation of the contract strategy and planning documents. Prepares and manages the bid processes for construction, engineering and construction services contracts required for the execution of the Capital projects. Administer the construction, engineering and construction services contracts during the execution phase throughout close out. Manages the close out process for those administered contracts. Manages the Contract Administration System CAS.

8. Job Title: Site Engineer

Papua; 12 months

Manage parts of a construction project (also known as packages), providing technical advice, supervising staff on site and ensuring that their packages are completed on time and within budget.

• 10+ years as Site Engineer

• Mining or Renewable Energy Plant Expert

• Managing parts of construction projects

• Overseeing building work

• Undertaking surveys

• Setting out sites

• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly

• Supervising contracted staff

• Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales

• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager

• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site

• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork

• Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials

• Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.

9. Job Title: Assistant QA/QC Manager – Lawe-Lawe

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe 12 Months

Job description:

- CONSULTANT shall establish a comprehensive quality management and quality control procedure for the project application.

- Review overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) System for the various phases of the PROJECT (i.e. Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning).

- Monitoring all quality assurance and quality control program implementation during every stage of the project (i.e. Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) and perform the required action to meet project goal.

- Being physically present at the site to monitor key site activities and monitoring detailed site quality work.

- Keep regular surveillance and audit Quality Assurance Program of CONTRACTOR.

- Review and approve the Quality Assurance and Control procedures proposed for the PROJECT.

- Ensure that the inspection and quality assurance programs are being followed and that proper documentation is provided for all equipment and bulk materials.

- Perform quality audits and assessments to ensure CONTRACTOR is in compliance with requirements of contract and appropriate quality and HSE plans and procedures.

- Reviewing quality reports and inspection reports and undertaking inspection for key element work and key equipment and materials.

- Review QA/QC report (this includes NCR/Deviation raised and settled during engineering, procurement & construction phases) for the Project complex on a regular basis identifying areas for action by concerned agencies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Instrument Engineering.

- 10+ years’ experience in oil and gas, refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG.

- Expertise in HSSE management system.

- Onshore- offshore pipeline and construction experience preferably with welding engineering background.

10. Job Title: Field Piping Engineer Refinery

Balikpapan 12 months

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

- 7+ years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).

- Has Experience in the field supervisory of pipelines installation including pipeline routing, sizing, isometric, materials selection, corrosion protection and tie-in procedures.

- Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as: API, ANSI, ASME, AWE, NACE, ASTM

- Has a proven ability to perform Piping installation and testing with a high level of quality in gas processing plants and utility facilities

- Has experience in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Management System.

- Working knowledge in the use of computer programs.

- Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed piping installation activities in accordance with schedule requirements.

- Has ability in quality management and schedule and man-hour control of the Piping installation work

- Fluent in Communication and writing in English
