Safety Specialist For CCM & ER And Safety Services

1. Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Engineering or Science.

2. Certified HSE Professional (Such as AK3 Umum, AK3 Migas, NEBOSH, etc).

3. Various HSE Training.

4. Minimum 7 years working experiences in HSE related role.

5. Minimum 5 years in oil and gas industry.

6. Good technical knowledge in CSMS practice, HSE Requirement, Hazard identification, HSE management System, HSE Performance measurement, etc.

7. Team Oriented.

8. Willing

CCM ER Specialist

1. Possess Emergency response related training certification.

2. Have knowledge and minimum 3 years experience as emergency responder and lead/manage emergency response related project.

3. Minimum educational level bachelor’s degree S1 or Diploma D3 with minimum 3 years experience or Senior High school with minimum 5 years experience.

4. Having Skill and good leadership On Scene Commander (OSC) to respond to emergency situations e.g. fire, oil spill, medical evacuation, etc.

5. Shall hold a valid driving license (from police) for driving light vehicle and fire truck.

6. Competence and expertise in LNG operations/Oil and gas/Petrochemical, including oil spill response and preparedness.

7. Having good leadership and communication skills;reporting and presentation skills; and english skills both written and verbal conversation.

8. Works autonomously, reliably communicating upwards when appropriate.

9. Organised, diciplined, able to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities and parallel tasks.

10. Strong planning, coordination and risk management skills.

11. Have engineering knowledge for active and passive fire protection.

12. Have a good knowledge on project financial / administrative management.

13. Ability to build up a high performance emergency management team.

14. Must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of contractor’s and company’s organization.

Production Team Leader :

1. Minimum Technical Diploma degree in Chemical/ Oil & Gas/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrument Engineering with minimum 20 years of working experience in operation LNG plant (process, utility & storage loading).

2. Have proficiency to operate DCS in LNG Plant normal, start-up, shutdown and abnormal operation on DCS operation, preferably from DCS Vendor- Yokogawa.

3. Age max 63 years old and fit for the task at site.

4. Have proficiency in using engineering drawings.

5. Have proficiency in conducting risk assessment and hazard analysis in LNG plant operation.

6. Have   proficiency   in   production planning of LNG Plant.

7. Have knowledge and skills on plant operation, performance test and equipment for LNG Plant.

8. Have   experience   in    leading   and supervising LNG Operation Team minimum 10 years.

Production Supervisory Services

1. At Minimum have graduated with Diploma Degree in chemical / oil & Gas/Mechanical/Gas/Electrical/instrument engineering with minimum 20 years of working experience in LNG plant including min. 4 years as supervisory level.

2. Have proficiency to operate DCS in normal, start-up,shutdown and abnormal operation of the plant, including training certificate on DCS operation, preferably from DCS Vendor.

3. Age Max 63 Years old and fit for task to site.

4. Have proficiency in using engineering drawings.

5. Have proficiency in conducting risk assessment and hazard analysis.

6. Have knowledge and skills on plant operation, performance test and equipment at LNG plant for process train area or utility & storage loading area.

7. Have experience inleading and supervising LNG operation team-shift technician min. 4 Years.

DCS Technician

1. Minimum graduated with Technical Diploma degree in Chemical / Mechanical/ Oil&Gas/ Electrical/ Instrument engineering with minimum 15 years or senior high school level with minimum 20 years of working experience in operation LNG plant (process train or utility or storage loading) including min 4 years in DCS Technician.

2. Have proficiency to operate DCS in normal, start-up, shutdown and abnormal operation, including training certificate on DCS operation.

3. Should has experienced  in  DCS Yokogawa.

4. Age max 60 years old and fit for the task.

5. Shall haves SIO (Surat ljin Operator) boiler for those operate Boiler.

6. Have proficiency in using engineering drawings.

7. Have proficiency in conducting risk assessment and hazard analysis.

8. Have knowledge and skills on LNG plant operation and equipment, such as gas supply operation or LNG processing or LNG storage & loading or LNG Utility.

Field Technician:

1. Minimum Technical Diploma degree in chemical /mechanical/gas/electrical/instrument engineering with minimum 8 years or senior high schoollevel with experience min 15 years of working  experience in operation LNG plant (process train or utility or storage loading)

2. Age max 50 years old and fit for the task at site

3. Shall have valid SIO (Surat ljin Operator) boiler for those operate Boiler

4. Have proficiency in using engineering drawings.

5. Have proficiency in conducting risk assessment and hazard analysis in LNG plant operation.

6. Have knowledge and skills on LNG plant operation and equipment, such as LNG processing or LNG storage & loading or LNG Utility.

Maintenance Team Leader:

1. Minimum Technical Diploma degree in Chemical / Mechanical/ Oil & Gas/ Electrical/ Instrument engineering with minimum 20 years of working

2. Have proficiency in using engineering drawings.

3. Age max 63 years old and fit for the task at site

4. Have proficiency in conducting risk assessment and hazard analysis in LNG plant operation.

5. Have knowledge and skills on discipline's plant equipment, preferably LNG stationary, rotating, instrumentation, or electrical equipment, and performance test.

6. Have knowledge and experience in maintenance management LNG plant or oil & gas facilities.

7. Have knowledge and experience in project management.

8. Have experience in leading Maintenance Team minimum 8 years.

Maintenace Specialist

1. Mminimum Technical Diploma degree in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Oil & Gas/ Electrical/ Instrument engineering with minimum    10     years    of    working experience in oil & gas or LNG plant.

2. Have proficiency in using engineering drawings.

3. Age max 60 years old and fit for the task at site.

4. Have knowledge and skills on discipline's plant equipmen,t preferably LNG  stationary, rotating, instrumentation, or electrical equipment.

5. Have proficiency in conducting risk assessment and hazard analysis in conducting maintenance activities.

6. Have knowledge and experience in maintenance management.

7. Have knowledge and experience in project management.

Senior Engineer:

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Oil & Gas/ Electrical/Instrumentation engineering with minimum 10 years of working experience in oil & gas or LNG Plant.

2. Age max 55 years old and fit for the task at site.

3. Have profiency in using engineering drawings.

4. Have proficiency in using engineering software is his/her discipline.

5. Have proficiency in using international standards and codes in his/her discipline.

6. Have proficiency in conducting risk assessment and hazard analysis in LNG plant operation.

7. Have knowledge and skills on plant operation and equipment preferably LNG processing, LNG storage & loading, LNG utilities, LNG equipment (stationary, rotating, instrumentation, or electrical) according to discipline.

8. Have knowledge and experience in project management.

Engineer:

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Oil & Gas/ Electrical/ Instrumentation engineering with minimum 7 years of working experience in oil & gas orLNG Plant. For Process and start up engineer shall have experience working in LNG plant operation.

2. Age max 50 years old and fit for the task at site.

3. Have proficiency in using engineering drawings.

4. Have proficiency in using engineering software in his/her discipline.

5. Have proficiency in using international standards and codes.

6. Have proficiency in conducting risk assessment and hazard analysis in LNG plant operation.

7. Have knowledge and skills on plant operation and equipmen,t preferably LNG processing, LNG storage & loading, LNG utilities, LNG equipment (stationary,  rotating,  instrumentation, or electrical) according to discipline.

8. Have knowledge and experience in project management.
