A multinational Oil and Gas Company focused on identifying resource plays and technology plays which will support the growth plans of the company through exploration, exploitation and acquisitions, invites qualified and experienced candidates for the positions of:

1. Senior Exploration Geologist

Responsibilities:

The Senior Exploration Geologist integrates a variety of data types (e.g.: geological, geophysical, well, tectonic to reservoir scale) to generate, evaluate and recommend new exploration drillable prospects and opportunities in West Papua regions. This position works across disciplines, and involves basin analysis and play fairway analysis through prospect generation and opportunity evaluation activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Geoscience (Master degree is preferred) with at least 10-year experience in oil and gas exploration.

• Proficient working knowledge of petroleum systems, well operations and log interpretations.

• Seismic interpretation experience (2D and 3D, structural and stratigraphic interpretation, regional to prospect scale).

• Must have a broad knowledge of resources play evaluations and development.

• An understanding of risk analysis and new play economics will be required.

• Must have presentation skills on a Play, Prospect and Project scale.

• Comfortable working with limited and incomplete datasets.

• Experience in multiple basins and play types preferred.

• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills. Communication includes collaboration within the company, recommendations to senior management, and external representation of the company while working with partners and/ or government representatives.

• Strong computer skills with ability to learn new tools quickly.

• Motivated self-starter.

• Can handle shifting priorities and multiple project.

2. Head of Production Engineering

Minimum Bachelor degree graduate in Petroleum Engineering from reputable university with at least 17-years of experience in Oil & Gas Industries in related position, 5 years in leadership/Head level

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable knowledge and experiences in oil and gas production engineering and operations activities (in both subsurface and surface) and drilling operations (in both drilling and well intervention) with emphasis on well completion, well testing, artificial lift, fluid flow and fluid level measurement, pressure survey, CO logging, problem identification, troubleshooting and mitigation, productivity evaluation and improvement, workover and well services (pump repair, recompletion, acid stimulation, scale treatment, hydraulic fracturing, chemical / surfactant treatment), failure analysis and DIFA, waterflooding, EOR, production forecasting, goods and services contracting, and risk and decision analysis.

• Strong leadership skill and mentoring capability in leading engineers with various background

• A resourceful problem solver and critical thinker, with a strong analytical skill and the ability to make sound business & engineering decisions

• Able to communicate and work effectively with a multi-disciplined technical and operations team while adhering to Company corporate values and culture.

• Proficient computer skills on MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), analytics (Nodal Analysis), and Petroleum Engineering softwares (WELLFLO, PROSPER, PIPESIM and MBAL)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Bahasa and English) with outstanding meeting and presentation skills.

3. Production Accounting Supervisor

Minimum Bachelor degree graduate in Accounting from reputable university with at least 9-years of experience in Oil & Gas Industries in related position.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of general accounting process and oil & gas commercial process

• In-depth knowledge of Indonesia upstream oil and gas financial reporting and regulation

• In-depth knowledge of applicable oil and gas industry standards and business processes

• Demonstrates initiative, innovation, and assertiveness, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships both internally and externally with staff, peers, users, and government

• Excellent leadership skill

• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and operating system in oil and gas organization including financial system)

• English literate
