SECURITY PROJECT MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for planning project management, and managing activities related to operations.

• Conducting Security Vulnerability Assessment.

• Supervise Security administration, KPI, Performance Management, Product Security Manufacturing System, Information Security Management System

• Manage & plan physical security measures such as: CCTV, Alarms, Security Lighting, Locks, Factory & Site Access Control Measures, Safes, Search & Screening equipment, Anti-hostile vehicle equipment, Automatic patrol monitoring equipment.

• Conduct investigation, evidential collection and report following with corrective action plan

JOB REQUIEREMENTS :

• Bachelor's degree or above. Any Major

• Have work experience as Deputy Manager / Chief Security in Oil & Gas / the same field for at least 10 years.

• Have Certificate : Security Manager Certification (GADA UTAMA), Security Manager Certification, POP Certificate, International Security Certification, Safety Certificate, AK3U, Fire Safety.

• Have skill’s : Electronic Security System & Security Management System

• Able to maintain strict confidentiality and share information on a need-to-know basis only;

• Able to converse, read, and write clearly and concisely in local language as well as English report;

• Good technical skills and the ability to use a computer (Microsoft Office).

• Willing to placed in Timika (Papua)

SECURITY SPECIALIST

Deskripsi Tanggung Jawab :

• Bertanggung jawab untuk memelihara tingkat pelaksanaan pekerjaan

• Melakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan tugas keamanan

• Merumuskan SOP termasuk untuk investigasi dan identifikasi untuk keamanan

• Merumuskan program strategi operasi keamanan dan keselamatan secara rutin/darurat

• Bertanggung jawab terhadap semua aspek pelayanan pengamanan kepada perusahaan.

• Bertanggung jawab mengelola operasi harian site spesifik security.

• Memonitor melaporkan dan mendokumentasikan kinerja pengamanan di tempat mereka bertugas.

• Memastikan komunikasi yang efektif dan koordinasi dengan tingkatan operasional, manajemen dan serta pejabat pemerintah setempat.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

• Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan

• Memiliki Ijazah dan KTA aktif GADA UTAMA

• Memiliki Sertifikat POP, sertifikat First Aid, Sertifikat First Drill, Sertifikat K3

• Memiliki SIM A

• Memiliki Pengalaman kerja setidaknya 10 tahun di bidang security

• Memiliki Pengalaman sebagi Project Manager di pertambangan / field / Perkebunan / Oil dan Gas yang sama dan membawahi jumlah personil diatas 100 orang

• Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa inggris dan mampu bekerja dengan computer (MS Office)

• Memiliki pengalaman dan kemampuan Security Assessment, Security Training, Investigasi dan Security Electronic System.

• Memiliki pengalaman dan kemampuan dalam emergency response team dan fire fighting.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT :

The key account management role is to ensure a strategic partnership with the customer by leveraging the Global G4S scale and a deep understanding of the customers’ business and purpose, thus creating value for the customer and at the same time ensuring retention and growth of the customer. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating each client's needs both for information needs about the G4S company and the need for maintaining quality in the area at all times.

• Ensure and coordinate any complaints from clients quickly resolved properly by the operation head with his team in the area and report to the General Manager

• Responsible for analyzing potential internal and external threats, obstacles, challenges and disruptions to the continuity of work contracts at the client. Create a security plan or risk mitigation analysis that is developed with the Head of Operations or following directions from the General Manager

• Taking full leadership of all accountability towards the customer including leadership of people and financial resources to maintain budgetary control and profitability (P/L).

• Driving a strategic customer focus by ensuring that customer information is structured in a proper and easy accessible way in the CRM system and/or other G4S business tools, using the G4S Account Development Process and Plan, translating business insights and customer needs to relevant propositions and solutions (across regions/countries/sites when applicable).

• Drive continuous stakeholder management to ensure that both customer stakeholders and internal (Group/regions/countries/sites) stakeholders are all aligned on the customer promise with the account development plan as focal point.

• Ensuring engagement by communicating in a tangible and concrete way to everyone (including to relevant National, Regional and Global support functions), what the promise to the customer means for each individual and their role in delivering on that promise – e.g. what does delivering compliance look like for a service professional.

• Ensuring the right competencies are in place to deliver on the promise to the customer; setting the team (including relevant National, Regional and Global support functions), through recruitment, development and successor planning.

• Optimization and enhancement of service delivery and operations while ensuring: commitment and compliance to the related requirements as dictated by local law, requirements of local governing bodies and Customer and G4S policies, full process compliance to G4S Operation Standard Operating Procedure and service excellence, meeting with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

• Several years’ experience with customer relationship sales and/or consultancy sales

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Security industry or experience from service-industry and supplier management

• Experience working in a large organization with several stakeholders with differing expectations and needs

• Experience with budgeting, financial management, reporting and performance management

• Experience with SLA management and KPI reporting

• Resilient and bounces back quickly from setbacks

• Influencing – a natural leader and enjoys having responsibility of others, can sell to others

• Communicative – has a wide network, can maintain relationships

• Decisive and action oriented
