DRILLING BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Summary:

Responsible to tracks, analyses, controls the costs associated with a Cost Center/AFE, and monitor, evaluate, and ultimately enhance the efficiency of specific areas, such as departments, divisions, with their operations. Covering; 1. Data Collection 2. Data Analysis 3. Budget control and Administration, and 4. Consolidation and Review for Forecasting Expenditures, Planning Budgets, Classifying Costs by Type, Tracking Man-Hours allocated to a project, Verifying Supplier Invoices and Managing change events that impact the budget.

Work with organisations to improve Business Processes and Systems. To conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these systems to the Businesses Process.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare all required supporting documents with Drilling team for Pre WP&B, WP&B, P3, and AFE Submission that related Drilling and Well Services Operation starting with the Early Work Program (EWP), for Corporate, Join Venture (JVPs) and SKK Migas as well as revision to the current year's WP&B if any.

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of Cost Drivers.

• Perform Monthly monitoring review with Drilling Team to analyse data ledger, to prepare monthly accrual and to update full year forecast and provide critical assessment of all Budgets and Cost Projections.

• Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals.

• Oversee the implementation of new technology or improvement for the existing Business Process and Systems.

• Performs non-routine tasks and attends such meetings as directed from time to time by the Business Analyst Section Head as opportunity presents in order to meet Company objectives.

• Support Internal Audit for Corporate/Joint Venture/Government Audit to minimize audit finding.

• Provide Daily Drilling Cumulative (DDR) Cost to Stakeholder to ensure all costs are tracked and mapped with budget line. Including prepare Monthly Accrual & Forecast Report.

• Prepare Drilling AFE Placed into Services (PPP), Close Out Report (COR) and discussed it with SKK Migas for further approval.

• Analyse Pro-forma invoices to ensure budget availability in the approved AFE and do diligent assessment for proper Cost Allocation before invoice payment.

• Prepare justification of potential NCR (Non-Cost Recovery) and Analyse Audit Finding with Drilling Team.

Requirement;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.

• Indonesian Nationality.

Experience/Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Cost Engineer in Drilling Operation of Oil and Gas Industry.

• Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).

Knowledge

• Research methods.

• Oil & Gas Operations Procedure.

• Strong Computer Literacy.

FIXED INFRASTRUCTURE DELIVERY MANAGER

Job Summary:

Applicable for all development projects that have a Fixed Infrastructure element. Where development projects have both fixed and floating elements, the Fixed Infrastructure Delivery Manager shall have the delegated responsibility for successfully delivering functional support to the development project across both the fixed and floating elements of the development project.

Responsibility to deliver, lead and manage the Fixed Infrastructure elements of development projects within Premier Oil’s Indonesian Business Unit. This responsibility and accountability specifically includes for delivery of inputs from contributory functions and disciplines from project select gate to commencement of the production phase, ensuring that Fixed Infrastructure elements of development projects are delivered in a safe, quality and environmentally conscious manner in line with budget and schedule commitments and other agreed project KPIs per phase of each project, all whilst ensuring maximum value is obtained for key stakeholders.

Requirement;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Project Management.

• Preferably with a MSc in Engineering or Business Administration.

• PMT Certified or seeking certification.

• Indonesian Nationality.

Experience/Skills;

• 20 or more Years’ experience in the Development of Offshore Fixed Infrastructure Facilities.

• Minimum 10 years’ PSC Experience in a Managerial Role in Project Development.

• Previous experience delivering EPCI Contracts is a mandated requirement.

• Strong collaborative experience and established relationships with SKKMigas at Teknologi dan Pengembangan Lapangan, Perencanaan Exploitasi, Program Kerja and Manajement Proyek division level.

Knowledge

• Upstream Oil and Gas Operations, both Pre-Production and Production Stages.

• SKKMigas Rules and Regulations inclusive of a working knowledge of PTK007 Rev 4.

• Exploration, Subsurface, Drilling and Production functions and their relationship with projects.

• Development phases from conceptual engineering through construction, installation and commissioning.

• Familiar with network planning structures and techniques, including proficiency with Microsoft Project.

• Proficiency in utilisation of Primavera Project Planner (P6) is an advantage.

• Proficient with the use of Standard Office Software such as Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Experience with Microsoft Access, Primavera Risk Analysis and Que$tor tools is an advantage.
