Archi Indonesia is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi, PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

SR. MINE ENGINEER (CODE : SME-X/21)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

Duties:

• Continue to develop and refine of mining planning standards and procedures specific to Archi operations;

• Ensure daily dig locations matches weekly plans (good coordination with mining engineers);

• Coordinate / prepare weekly rolling plan;

• Pit design evaluation or changes if required to optimise safety & production;

• Prepare dump plans and designs details;

• Provide monthly rolling forecast & quarterly forecast mine plans details;

• Provide mine plans compliance and identify the issues for continuous improvement;

• Liaise consistently with related section i.e. : D&B, Geology Grade Control, Operation, Survey, Geotechincal, Dewatering, and Project in All operational planning tasks

• D&B Exposures;

• Provide RKAB in mining section by yearly basis;

• Mentoring of junior engineers and information sharing best practices to other Senior Engineers, peers and managers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or related field;

2. Have 6 years’ solid experience in the mine engineering (Open Pit Gold Mine) or at least 2 years in the senior mining engineering roles (Open Pit Gold Mine);

3. Able to work with mine planning & scheduling package software, ie : Surpac, Minesched and Minesight;

4. Familiar with Ms Office, ie : Excel (Spreadsheet), PowerPoint and Word;

5. Excellent English skills written and spoken;

6. Good communication and leadership;

7. Considerable exposure in Drill & Blast role;

8. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
