Job Descriptions

Running all Project activities in accordance with the mine plan/target company and controlling all the resources (human, tools, budgets, and infrastructure) existing in the Project to fulfill the demand for the production of clients that will deliver output to the company in the form of profit and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining engineering

• Having experience in same position minimum 5 years / 16 years in mining operation

• Male, maximum 45 years

• Have POU certification is a must

• Having excellent experience mining procedure, road maintenance, civil design, PIT service management, Operation Management, Project Cost Estimation, Mine Geology, HSE procedure, HRD procedure

• Able to work with a deadline

• Have good communication & attention with detail

• Fluent English is preferred

HEAD OF PLANT & MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

Job Descriptions

Plan strategies, control, evaluate and take action to improve all planning activities, develop maintenance system and repair unit/equipment, including reviewing maintenance cost to ensure the achievement of PA, MTBF & MTTR unit target, according to the needs of Mine Operation, HSE standards, and procedure that apply within the specified budget constraints

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering

• Having experience in plant & maintenance mining minimum of 10 years

• Minimum 3 years in the same position or 7 years as Superintendent level

• Having excellent analytical plant & maintenance process, improvement maintenance, HSE procedures, HRD Policy & Financial analysis

• Male, Maximum 45 years old

• Have Certificate POP is preferred

• Fluent English is preferred

Job Descriptions

Qualifications

• Competent in Liebherr Unit Such as: PR754, R9150, R9200

• Competent in Hitachi Unit Such as: EX2600, EX2500

Job Descriptions

Compile, control, analyze and manage planning units including parts control, material planning, daily status, daily schedule, weekly forecast and planning and make changes to monthly maintenance costs in order to ensure schedules & schedules on time & and ensure the history of database components, costs, live targets contained in the system & online database.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree Engineering Industrial / Engineering Mechanical is preferable

• Vocational High School with major of Electrical / Mechanical with experience more than 15 year.

• Has work experience min 10 years in the same field.

• Male maximum age 40 years

• Understand mining procedure, product knowledge, failure analysis, HEMM component manufacturing & machining process, Total productive maintenance and Reliability centered maintenance.

• Have POP certification is preferred

• Have TOT certificate is a must.

AUTO ELECTRICIAN - TEAM LEADER

Job Descriptions

Carry out and report all maintenance and repair activities for electric work including 24 Volt Electric, Electric Propulsion (DC and AC drives) and Electric Control Regulation units according to the target time, superior directives, procedures, applicable health and safety standards in the workplace (HSE) , as well as maintaining a clean working environment during activities to ensure tidiness and cleanliness of work and achieving predetermined daily work targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or SMA / STM Electrical

• Having at least 5-7 years experience in the same position

Qualifications

• SMA / Diploma / Bachelor degree of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

• Has a minimum 3 years of experience as Maintenance Mechanic of Heavy Equipment

• Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation.

• Having skill of electrical maintenance & repair of mining heavy equipment.

• Understand Heavy Equipment Management System.

• Has a POP certificate.
